Lots of wall outlets and wi-fi available. Standard table seating available as well as "office" style seating. I was a little surprised by their look. Seemed like a cross between Panera and a coffee house serving doughnuts. Not bad. No AARP discount/deal like promised by AARP. Only a Seniors discount/deal. They didn't tell what that entails this go round. Maybe next time.
I went to get a decaf ice coffee and sadly it was just horrible. I went back to see if it could be adjusted and per health regulations once a cup has a straw in it they can no longer do anything to the drink; I understand. They hand me cream and sugar and I try to adjust the drink myself to no avail. One more time through the drive thru and I ask if they can just be remade because the ice coffees are just terrible and the granulated sugar does not dissolve in a cold beverage. They realized the issue, remade my drinks and they were phenomenal! I didn't catch the guy's name who helped me out but thanks, dude! You truly went above and beyond for my daughter and I.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this dunks. The people there are awesome from the manager - the employess. They don't deserve bad reviews for being short handed the employees do the best they can to satisfy customers. If you order curbside pick up & its not brought out after waiting a few go in & get it , don't sit in your car for 30 min then complain about it, they do get very busy & if you don't know what its like to work in food service then you wont understand how overwhelming it is to be busy & short handed. They do the very best they can. Im pretty sure the people complaining about rude attitudes are probably the same way with people they come into contact with from time to time no ones is perfect !!!
Recently I've had two bad experiences that were made right by two of your incredible managers. Their names are Destiny and Joey. Neither of the bad situations were their fault. However, due to their actions, I left a very satisfied customer. I hope Joey and Destiny are appreciated by their supervisors, as they represent your company extraordinarily. With these two young managers in charge, the future of your company looks bright. Thank you again Destiny and Joey!
Ordered online for curbside, not only did we wait 30 minutes but then they claimed they have no way of knowing anyone is there when you put you've arrived on the app. So our food sat on the counter for 30 mins as well. Not wanting to wait we took our cold food home to warm up ourselves ( we had ordered 3 bacon egg cheese croissants and a plain bagel with plain cream cheese) we ended up with 3 sausage egg and cheese amd a cinnamon raisin bagel?) Worst service ever. It was ridiculous and we won't go back. Employees here were just as terrible as the food of not worse.
7:50 pm Lady was very rude. I usually never stop at this location but I was craving some Dunkin. I understand that you're 10 minutes away from closing but you don't need to be rude. I went to Starbucks instead.....
This used to be the best Dunkin in town. But lately not so much. Be prepared for a wait. The store appears to be running the shifts with one employee to staff the entire store.
I'm sad to leave so few reviews when the coffee actually taste good but when I come yesterday and get a large (same drink) and then come today and the cup sizes are completely different I obviously know that they had me pay for a large but gave me a medium. I was fine with it because it's not worth arguing with them, but when about half the cup is cream/foam that makes me feel gypped. So basically I paid for a large but got a small... I knew I should of went to another location ?
Ordered from dubkin’ through DoorDash and my sandwich came with mold on it. Literally almost through up… who tf sends out a sandwich with mold on it. Disgusting.
They do not make donuts in the store. They were out of nearly all donuts at 11a despite being open until 9p. I wasn't even able to get the 2 croissants I paid for because they only had one croissant left. The staff was nice but I can't imagine it's very pleasant to work in a facility that doesn't keep products available for customers.
