This is the store I go to everyday to get my coffee. There is a batista named JT who Consistently makes my drink correct. JT is one of the best best burritos I have seen at this Duncan and he has awesome customer service great coffee barista skills And always make sure that my order is correct before handing it over. I write this review hoping that management realizes the superstore that they have on their team And does everything that they can to keep this rare individual. I do write this review because there has been some times where my coffee is not up to par but anytime that JT is in that building my drink is done with absolute perfection.
For the last 6+months I’ve tried with Dunkin. Absolutely my favorite coffee place.. but this city has really made me HATE IT. There is absolutely no cares given when making ANYTHING. I have tried MULTIPLE times at ALL Pensacola locations and NOT ONE is consistent. How hard is it? Isn’t there measurements for each drink? Shouldn’t it be consistent if you’re following a recipe!? 13.00 for what? Two of them are the same drinks besides one has whipped cream.. They look like 3 completely different drinks? I can’t even drink mine. It’s the one that looks like straight creamer. It’s supposed to be caramel with cream and sugar just like the one with whipped cream ? I asked if these were the same the lady says YES….. CLEARLY THEY DONT LOOK THE SAME! I also wanted frozen, but ya know… frozen machines not on.. or not working or whatever other excuse this city can come up with. Same with the grill…. Ohhhh grills not working can’t have croissants. Are you an actual business? Or do you just play one on TV?!
Been here multiple times. Over the span of a year. Every now and then I crave something from Dunkin’ but then I order from this location and I regret it. Every experience I’ve had at this location is just poor quality food and drinks. Example I ordered a flavored drink o believe it was whatever the new promotional drink was and it was mostly milk with the most watered down coffee I’ve even seen and tasted. It was horrible. I recommend going to some other Dunkin location as this one is by far the worst and they don’t make the drinks well at all. And this is more of a review on the quality of drinks they serve rather than the customer service. Which I have nothing negative to say.
I brought my puppy along with me to grab coffee and breakfast. She is one happy pupper bc the awesome employee at DD gave her a Pup Cup! It was so sweet of him. When I got my caramel craze iced coffee, my pup went for the extra whipped cream that was on top. She got her own cup once he saw how much she enjoyed licking mine. Lol such a rotten baby. So worth it tho. The pictures should tell you exactly how much she enjoyed it! The chicken, bacon and cheese croissant are delicious and the cream cheese mini stuffed bagels are awesome as well! I'll be back soon for more. Of course I got a half dozen assorted doughnuts for later on. The app is very easy to order from. You are able to order 24hrs in advance as well. Very easy to navigate. You earn points for each transaction to receive a free coffee after 200 points. There are added bonuses for specific days of the week Monday and Thursday I believe. Pretty cool for my first time ordering here through the app. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and the items I received. Thank you!!
Waited 20 minutes and was the only car in the drive thru. Ice cream was freezer burnt and lady at the window appeared to be strung out on heroin. Will not return. 4 people are in there and they don’t seem to think it’s a problem allowing a woman who is nodding out to be serving customers. Tossed the food in the trash and will not return.
I'm 13 and treated my family to ice cream for the first time here! A great place for such a memorable experience, and was really good.
Half the time they say their out of all food items except donuts... which are stale first thing in the morning. Iced coffee turns out different every time. Hire better workers. The regional manager must not care about the reviews in pensacola.
I love Dunkin Donuts however they truly don't know how to make the coffee the right way. I used to work at Dunks in New Hampshire. I will not go back for coffee but I will for the Boston cream donut ?
I went there a few occasions after 5pm. A couple of time they were close. One time their water system went out. Today they were short staff. I called the number. Didn't answer til the 2nd time. Then when I called back I asked for the 1800 number the lady hung up. I then called 3 times after that. They finally answered. They need to look into why the store is closed so often. They need new staff that actually wants to work. How does the food or drinks taste I wouldn't know, never got chance to get anytime.
Very patient with us in the drive through. Pumpkin spice latte was very good.great flavor for the fall.
