The service was quick and the workers were very friendly and helpful.! They had everything in stock unlike the other locations. I will travel here again for my donut needs!
I have tried most of the Dunkin locations in Pensacola, this one by far is my favorite. They employees are kind, the coffee is consistently good, they recognize me when I come through the drive through. I love this place.
The last 3 times we have been to this BR they have not had waffle cones at all. Today they had cones but they were so soft they would never hold icecream. This absolutely worse run BR in Escambia Fl. Doubt my wife and I will ever go back there.
Nearly every Saturday night donuts are sold out by 7:30pm? Why?

My husband stop to get me donuts at 8:30am on a Saturday and they were almost out of what I wanted. He got what they had and they had to be at least a day old. I had to put them in microwave to make them fresher.
Got a waffle donut. What a joke. A Waffle crisp shoved in the hole of a dry chocolate donut. Why?
Service was slow. Food was cold. Bad customer service. Cashier had little or no knowledge of what she was doing. They were worried about drive thru. Run don’t walk away from this location.
Got to be the sorriest coffee shop ever. I have given this place three tries and now they are out. When you can’t get even a hot tea? What is up with that?Bagel could not get twice.. why? It makes no sense. They always have an excuse. Such a waste of time!!!!
In my opinion absolutely the best coffee. Quick service with friendly staff. A quiet place for you to go and have a treat.
