They always have a long wait time at the mic and to get to the window. Once at the window it takes another 30 minutes for you to get your order and then your order ends up being wrong ? The ladies are great! Very friendly and polite. Just their service is slow especially when you are on youre way to work prepare to be 30 minutes or longer waiting bcuz of the slow service!
Ok I've had it. This is the 6th time in 3 months that ive gone to get donuts and milk before work and gotten anywhere from week old expired milk to 3 week old expired milk and its not just this location the one on airport has the same problem! Im sorry but until somethin changes I'll take the overly sweet Krispy Kreme.
Never open around 5:30 am. Ever. I’m done with Dunkin’. It’s false advertising to say you open at 5 am when you truly don’t open up until 6 sometimes later.
Absolutely horrible dunkin' donuts. The manager was so rude. She was too busy yelling at her employees that she couldn't get the order right. I feel sorry for them having to work under her. I see why I was the only car there, though. I tried to add to the order at the window and she said they can't do that. I have to drive through the drive thru again. I was the only car there! I took my messed up order and went somewhere else. We will never go back.
Service was not good. The order was incorrect. I ordered a caramel capaccino and im sure the person repeated that back to me but got an original capaccino instead. I paid in cash and didn't even get my full change back. I don't think I'm going to be going back to this location.

i came in and ordered a large iced chai. my order was ready within a minute and i was very excited then realized my drink was green. the barista misheard my order as a matcha chai latte which was fine, i corrected her and she gave me an iced latte which by then i was a bit angry. the barista then got angry with me and said this was my order which it was not. another worker then gave me an iced chai but it took minutes for them to get my order correct. horrible management and i do not plan on going again.
They keep messing up my order and this is the closest location to our hotel. We travel full time for work and Hubby takes the car in the morning so I have to order food for my child and I, and they keep forgetting my food and messing up my order. When someone orders a variety that's usually more than 2 flavors yet we keep getting either all plain munchkins or just two bland flavors. Once and only once did they do jelly, chocolate, blueberry, powder and other flavors. It shouldn't be that hard to grab one of each fun flavor or two of each and make a good variety box. If I'm spending my money, I expect what I have paid for to be good. Please provide better service and atleast pretend to care about the service you provide. I'm highly disappointed and stressed out.
The app had listed the shamrock macchiato for sale here, but when I got here the employee had told me they did not have it yet. He had however offered me a refund. I would prefer it if the app was actually updated with what they have in stock.
They cant get an order right to save their lives, the doughnuts were stale and the muffin was absolutely awful. I typically love dunkin but this is just a really bad one.
