I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went because Dunkin on Olive/Davis is usually quick, so I thought it would be here as well.I waited 10 minutes at the box with no response to order, couldn’t get out of line because there was a car in front and behind me. I came up to the window after being in line for 30 minutes, and they took another 10 to get my coffee - then asked me to pull forward for my food. I paid for everything, and my food was wrong but I didn’t have another 15 minutes to wait. The employee that was assisting the drive thru, I believe her name started with a J, was incredibly rude. Complaining the whole time about customers and myself. Was super unprofessional and absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Do NOT use this location unless you’re willing to dedicate 2 hours of your life.
Went through drive through and had to park in the front while we waited for our food. When they brought it they forgot about half of ourorder ....not exactly quick service. Also, don't do any substitutes for pork items. They have turkey patties, but did not substitute.
Employees were cussing and arguing the whole time. The man taking our order was kind but rudly interrupted multiple times! Ladies in drive through, including the manager, were laughing about how a customer was going to get what they were given because the wrong food was cooked. No donuts on the shelf. On top of all that the food was definitely not the cooked and prepared well. VERY unprofessional!!! Floor was sticky and looked like it had not been mopped in weeks.
They are constantly out of flavors, cups, food etc. The truck comes in on Thursday but they run out of half of thier stuff by the weekend. Why can't the regional manager please order a larger volume? Some of the employees are kind though. Carmella and Kaychiona are super nice. I appreciate that.
They need to hire more people or something. I walk into the Dunkin’ Donuts by the mall trying to get a few dozen for my coworkers, and there’s one employee, running around, trying to get this Karen’s coffee with the “perfect amount of ice” or whatever this customer was on, and there’s barely any donuts when it’s in the name… sadly this is what they’re known for
Good sandwich, refresher and pup cup. But took forever! Only 3 cars in line. Over 30 min. Took 20 just to order. Then you could hear the employees all complaining loudly. Terrible customer service.
Every time I go here, the service takes forever. Expect 10 minutes or more to just get a coffee. They will randomly forget your order when they are busy, or leave it on the drive thru window while you are waiting inside (multiple occasions of waiting over 20 minutes) It is almost always understaffed. Random days it is drive thru only because of lack of employees. The employees are not trained per franchise standards. They have stated that they were trained to make a latte and macchiato with the same amount of espresso. They are always out of something. Could be they have no straws, a certain flavor (over a whole week of being out of stock of caramel), or never having the entire selection of donuts. Speaking of the donuts, half the time they are stale. The owners need to take responsibility of hiring good employees, training them correctly, keeping the location staffed correctly, and making sure to have all items in stock.
“Not trained for food” I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts for 3 years and all you have to do is press buttons on the ovens! They’re all labeled…. I’m given this excuse every time I come around lunch time. You’re trained on food literally you’re first day working….I get it that it’s busy but when coming from work on my lunch break its a disappointment and waste of time if they can’t cook food!! I’ve given this place 3 chances and I won’t be returning. The laziness of the workers are showing.
I keep giving this place a chance so it's partially my fault. But I ask for ONE, singular pump of liquid sugar each time. This time I handed it back to be remade....They still put more than one pump. I can't comprehend how you can mess that up twice. One pump. There were 5 employees standing there staring at me through the window as I tried the drink the second time. So I just took the drink and left. Never thought I'd get punked out by the Dunkin Donuts crew but I'm man enough to admit it. Oh, my review is don't ever go to this place. It's bad bad real bad.
I don't know how someone messes up an iced coffee but somehow they managed. I gave them more than 3 chances (I guess I must be a glutton for punishment) and have given up on them. They are super convenient location for me but not worth going back.
