3/4 times I go they are not able to serve hot items. Only coffee and bakery items. Why advertise the food selections. However, the new staff are mainly nice so that’s a plus. At least I get my coffee.
I have lived in the New England area for a very long time (approximately 7 years) and I’ve had amazing service at many Dunkin’ locations up in that area. Made even friends with some stuff members up there for how friendly they are and how great their service is. This location, off Navy Blvd in Pensacola, with its staff would either close down/have its entire staff fired for how bad their service is, if this location was in the New England area. Every single order I have made at this location, has been wrong. My coffee is never made right, and it’s not very complicated. Just simple cream and sugar, but they get it wrong every time. I highly recommend the entire staff either gets retrained or fired until the service is right.
They have never once gotten my order right. Even using uber eats. Have been rude when seaking a refund or to fix the order. It's like they just throw whatever in the cup or box and call it good...uncool...
We placed our order through the mobile app. Everything looked great and we specified exactly how we wanted our sandwiches and which ones. My husband went to pick them up and they shorted one of the sandwiches, the staff kept insisting there were only 2 sandwiches! I had to prove to them what we ordered and then they didn't even have strawberry for the dragon fruit specialty drink. That was the first strike. Second strike came in the shape of non toasted sour dough bread when we specified toasted! Third strike came when they put pesto on my sandwich and I am allergic! And the topper, put white cheddar on both sandwiches when I asked for American. We ordered a chicken bacon sandwich and they didn't have chicken!!! The iced coffee didn't have cream even though I asked for creamer! So nothing about my order was correct and I paid for food I didn't get!! When I tried calling the location they ignored the phone ringing!! My advise, stear clear of this location. Rude staff smart mouths and short on food items. Horrible service overall!!!
I’ve been there numerous times on the way to work and it’s always something with this location. 3 different times I’ve stopped in there to get an everything bagel and they were out. Another time recently I stopped in went to the drive-through me and two other cars waited 10 minutes drove up to the front only to find out they weren’t open because they didn’t have staff but no manager or anyone took the initiative to put a sign on the drive-through so people knew. I stopped by this morning which it’s been a month since I’ve been there and they can only take cash and no cards. They either have the worst luck or it’s not run well at all which is what I’m going to assume is happening at this location. I haven’t tried any of the others but it looks like I may have to as you just can’t count on this one.
This dunkin is kinda...trash. I order on doordash a lot and they NEVER give me what I paid for. Its always either something completely missing, or the wrong donut. Only thing they can seem to actually get right is a drink. Food is consistently disappointing. I don't understand why they can't get it together.
Messed up my order for Black Hot coffee on two separate occasions, and the overall level of customer service is the worst of any Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. After the second bad experience I decided I'm never going back to this chain until I'm back home in New England where this wouldn't fly.
I have had a lot of issues at other Dunkin Donuts in other cities for being slow and getting my order wrong. But today at least, my first time going to this location, my order was perfect, I got the food fast, and Cristy was really nice and great at her job.
Rude guy taking our order at about 5:30 2/26/22 Acted as though it was inconvenient for him …. I will never go back …. No I don’t know all your donut types Mr Sarcastic…. Very demeaning, rude , sarcastic and mean. Keep him if you want your business to continue failing !
Was semi-satisfied… they weren’t very quick to help customers at the drive-thru menu/speaker or window, and they forgot something in my mobile order, but other than that, not too shabby.
