A nice chain BBQ place. I ordered the Carolina pulled pork sandwich and was happy with it I would come back again!
Good family atmosphere here. Staff seemed friendly. Tall guy with dreads who was cutting meat was working extremely hard to process orders. I will say and it’s my opinion, that the meat needs more seasoning . Other than that, all was good. Kids eat free on Sundays and ice cream is complimentary. Portion sizes were good. I enjoyed.
The food was excellent and the ribs fell off the bone. The brisket was the best. We are visiting from SC and this Dickey's is hands down better ?.
Got the XL pack to feed 6-8 ppl for Fathers Day. Got it home and be lucky to feed 3 ppl. Had to go to Publix and purchase more baked beans and potato salad just make enough for a meal. Was very embarrassing to have family show up with not enough to eat!
Our first time there . My husband enjoyed the ribs actually fell off the bone. The coleslaw was good too. But they need to pay more attention to cleanliness. The cashier / waitress was on her cell phone the whole time we were eating. Could have been wiping down the tables .
I would give this place zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I have placed a couple online orders and every single time we pick it up, it is incorrect. My boyfriend who is allergic to green onions, placed his order without them on it and he has received green onions on every single order. This last time we placed an online order at 11am, drove to the location and went inside at 11:45 to get my order and the woman at the register told us they never received my order. We pulled up the email confirmation and she rolled her eyes and said they never got it. Another employee went to check the back area and found our order ticket which they said did not print out. I understand mistakes happen and technology fails but the horrible service I reviewed was awful. Not once did any employee apologize but acted as if I had inconvenienced them by even placing an order. I would not recommend coming to this location to anyone as it is always dirty, rude employees, and wrong orders every single time.
The best meal we had. Six of us ate for under $90. We ordered the XL meal- chicken and pulled pork with coleslaw, potatoes, mac and cheese, & onion rings and 4 yellow cup drinks. The pork and chicken were juicy and flavorful. All the sides were delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Thanks.
Came in about 8. Not usually a BBQ guy but I was in the parking lot so I tried it out. That was legit the best brisket sammy I've ever had. The sauce is really good too. I'll be back on Thursday
Great flavor! They know how to smoke their meats. Sides are good and wide variety, fried okra is great. On Sundays kids eat free....HUGE plus when you have 4 kids
$30 for 2. House salad came with the lettuce stem. Not a great experience and have had better food at McDonalds for a fraction of the price
