Great food and wonderful ice cream. The view from parking lot is fantastic! Always busy but don't have to wait a long time.
Got the $7 Cheeseburger combo: Double Cheeseburger, fries, drink & choice of sundae (chocolate). Good filling meal for average appetite. Dairy Queen never disappoints??
Staff seems clueless. The last 3 times we went we weren’t given spoons for our melted sundaes we are handed. It is literally the blind leading the blind. Don’t ask for a cupcake—they have no clue what it is. I’ve been told they don’t have them but when I go in they are next to ice cream cakes. Go to marble slab. Hopefully they hire competent staff or start training staff better.
It was refreshing to go somewhere post-pandemic where the service was good and people were so nice. Keyosha is so sweet ❤️? my husband said the burger was great.
Had this old lady “Yolanda” barely reach out the window making me basically hang out of my car to get stuff from her on top of being extremely rude and snarky to me after letting some other women literally walk up to the window and order in front of everyone who had been waiting in line at the drive through for almost 40 minutes. I understand the employee shortage but if you’re that miserable in your job then go work somewhere else!

Their ice cream is delicious! And the view at this location is spectacular!! This DQ is a shared location with a gas station, but it has a GREAT view of Pensacola Bay out back!! They even have a few picnic tables outside overlooking the bay (separate from the building). ??
I love dq and is my usual gi to spot...but why they feel the need to close so early is beyond me... come on DQ, really?
Waited in line for a long time with a line behind me and kept saying Hello when I got up to the speaker. A staff meme Ed came out 5 min later and said they were closed. I asked if they don’t tell people and he said they did. Which was untrue! Then he said I hadn’t been waiting in line!!! Is it protocol for your staff to call customers liars!! I told him to look at his camera and he said he couldn’t!! Treating customers in that regard is never ok!!!
We usually stop here after leaving Pensacola beach or if we are heading home on I-10. Everyone loves soft served ice cream or a blizzard. This location is on the bay and its always breezy and a great resting place to stop and get fuel (its attached to a filling station) and get a cool treat. The staff is always kind. The restaurant is clean and tidy and the restrooms are clean and well kept.
