Culver's has a gluten-free bun, so I figured I should try them out. The burger was a good fast food burger, which I haven't had in about 20 years. Fries weren't "extra crispy" but were still very good, and the sweet tea is just as good as the sweet tea from the place that makes all those donations I find unacceptable.Though Culver's has the standard cross-contamination warnings, I've had no adverse reaction to eating the food I got, which is more than I can say for some fancier places I've been.I'd say this is a really good option for someone with a wheat allergy, gluten sensitivity, or possibly even Celiac disease who wants to eat fast food-style burgers and fries.
Swung in here because the kids were craving shakes. I had to try the cheese curds and I figured while I’m at it I’ll get my last meal in Pensacola before I left for home. Ended up getting the pub burger with onions, and a shake of some sort… Honestly can’t remember which one I got. But! They were delicious! Customer service was on point, and the burger was grilled perfectly. For fast food, not bad at all!
Do not order an ice cream cone here if you would like to have an adult size ice cream cone! They served me a kitty size scoop and then charge me for an adult size scoop. Please teach your employees how to properly serve ice cream. This is the second time now I've had this poor experience and I will not be back.
The order was all wrong ? but when we tried to correct it the women at the window assured us that it was correct, then we called after getting back to work they wanted us to come back, awful lunch we will never do that again. The chicken wasn’t done wow.We asked for no ice and it was lots of ice I probably wouldn’t have wrote this but unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the supervisor response. We understand the lunch time rush.
It's not located in the easiest place to get in and out of, but the food is so delicious, it's worth it! It's a quiet neighborhood as well. The service is great & the building is such a nice facility. There's seating inside and outside.
Heard great things about Culver’s. Tried them for the first time today on bayou blvd. Charged $17.19 for an 8 piece chicken tender basket and when I got home there were no fries and I had watery tea. Won’t be back
I've had Burger King, Wendy's, Whataburger, McDonalds and Five Guys. Culver's burgers are vaguely similar if not almost on par with Five guy's burger. Their ice cream and Milkshakes are also similar too Burger King Milkshakes as well. Their most unique feature in their meal is possibly their fries and very few actually use crinkle as their choice of cut.Overall a rather satisfying visit.
Clean! Great service, hot food, cold ice cream! No complaints!
Love Culver's. The service there is very comparable to Chic Fil A in the friendliness of the employees. They always seem to go the extra mile.Best tasting grilled chicken on the salad I have just about ever had.
This was my first experience at this location. Ordered our meal and it was brought out shortly to our table. Now my wife ordered bacon single dressed with Mayo. I ordered single dressed. Order arrived with two burgers, both were meat and bun only. Nothing else on it. I took it back to the counter and told them this was not right. The manager asked for my receipt and then told one of the girls at the counter to write up a remake slip. Then told me they will bring it back out to me. By the time they brought our burgers back out, we were about finished with our fries. While waiting for our food at our table, we noticed car after car in the drivethru waiting area sending wrong orders back into the store. Some very unhappy people on their lunch break. I hope the manager gets this place under control and staff trained properly. For now I will stick with going to the Culver's on Mobile hwy. They are A+ on service and food quality.
