We loved working with Mike and the Culinary Productions team for our wedding. They have a diverse menu and worked with us to create some off menu options as well (assorted empanadas!). They were very accommodating for our guests with dietary restrictions and allergies. In a world where unanswered emails are becoming the norm, Mike and his team are refreshingly prompt and so well organized. We rented linens, chargers, and upgraded glassware through CP, which saved us from having to track down another vendor and the additional expense. Mike went above and beyond and even tracked down a specific type of water glass I wanted from a different county. Their fees are very reasonable especially given the quality of food and service. Adrienne was in charge of our wedding day, and she went out of her way to check on me (the bride) to ensure I was taken care of and fed. 10/10 would recommend!
My wife and I had Mike's team cater for our reception last Sunday and we were more than pleased. Not only was the food fantastic, especially considering the large quantity needed, but they made sure my wife and I were able to eat during the chaotic day and literally catered to our every need. All of our guests seemed to enjoy the food and staff as well... couldn't have been happier with the service.
Mike and his team are beyond amazing! He was very responsive, polite and always made us feel at home since we had a destination wedding! I can’t rave enough about them! My one ask was please pack us a plate after the wedding. Not only did that happen but they packed us our cake top and plenty of leftovers! Anything I could have thought of they already had done! Anyone that is planning a wedding or any event please contact them! Your expectations will be far exceeded from time of set up to packing up to go home. Do yourself and your stomachs a favor and choose Mike for your culinary needs!
Mike D. and his team did our arrival mixer/happy hour opening night of a Navy squadron reunion. We had members from all over the country. From the Pacific NW and California to NY and the east coast., Arizona, Texas and the mid west as well Fla. and the rest of the south east. RAVE reviews all around!!The food was wonderful and superbly presented. High praise for the professionalism of the staff as well as their friendly, welcoming, eager to please approach. It's almost always about the people and these guys are the best in town.Culinary Productions is a first class operation run by first class people.WELL DONE!!!!!

Mike and his team are always prompt, highly communicative, and work hard to satisfy any special requests for couples on their special day. Mike and his staff did an amazing job catering our wedding at Coldwater Gardens in Milton, FL. The food was delicious and well priced, and the staff couldn’t have been any more attentive. As soon as the ceremony ended, they made sure to bring appetizers to the wedding party and took great care of us the entire night! I can’t recommend them highly enough!
