Went on a Wednesday around five. The front cashier was on his phone the whole time. The older gentleman was doing his best to keep things cleaned. The food was not fresh. The atmosphere was depressing. They did ask for pizza request. Will not be back.
Average location. The staff were friendly and the pizza was as usual. Not a lot to say. I’d stop in again though.
It’s a CiCi’s. The staff is competent, and they keep it as clean as possible. You know where you’re dining, so yeah. All ya can eat…
Employees were very nice. Place needs some maintenance as things are broken. The place was not busy and food was kinda dry but as business came fresh food was put out. Salad bar was fresh.
We went Friday evening, 4 adults and 1 child. Food bill was $50+. Although the restaurant was relatively clean, it has gone downhill from my last visit. There were 3 guys working the counter and 1 gentleman bussing the tables. We literally had to sit and wait for the pizzas to be made and put out. Then we would grab a slice and have to sit and wait for something else to be brought out. The staff was friendly enough but food service was lousy.
Pizza was good but very little topping. A pepperoni pizza averaged one or two pieces of pepperoni on a slice. Place was pretty clean. Game room horrible waste .
The plates were greasy. The pizza didn't have any sauce. However they made the pizza I asked for. And their workers were kind, welcoming, and happy.
It was ok. The salad bar use to have regular Italian but now it doesn't. I would have at least rated it 3 stars but there was hair on my pizza. I discreetly told them. He apologized but then that kind of ruined my appetite afterwards
The pizza and pasta has really gone downhill. The price is way too much for the quality. $8.99 is ridiculous, my grandkids even thought it was bad. The saving grace was the cinnamon rolls
Last time I ate there was in the early days of pandemic when restaurants reopened. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness: filthy bathrooms, sticky floors and tables, and everything seemed covered in germs and bacteria. When so many businesses at that time concerned with doing more to keep guest in a clean store, cece’s missed the mark. With the dinning room and bathroom with this dirty, I don’t want to imagine with the kitchen looked like. One star, would not return and haven’t.
