Going there as a child I remember the games more spread out and it being better quality. Brought the children there, they enjoyed it, enjoyed the pizza. Fun place to let them run around while it's hot outside.
Great place to go with kid/s. Pay $25 for unlimited 1 hour playing time. We don't eat there, so that's mostly what we spend. Not bad for an hour of playtime and games.
We drove an hour to come to chuck e cheese as we haven't been in such a long time and it's all my 3 kiddos wanted to do. When we arrived I asked the staff when chuck e would be out and they said he came out every hour. We were there for 2 hours before he came out. ( We asked the staff multiple times and they kept saying 20 min) and then he only came out for the birthday party. Very disappointed. We were able to snag a quick picture with him though which they were excited about. Many of the games did not work and the whole experience was just meh! Definitely not the same and pretty sad that my kiddos don't get to experience that same fun experience as I did when I was a kid. Gave two stars simply because at least we got to see him ☺️.
Thoroughly enjoyed taking my son to the new Pensacola Chuck E Cheese. No more tubes running across the ceiling or ball pits taking up the majority of space. The stage in the back is completely gone and replaced with a modern wall design. We didn't get to see the chuck e cheese crew and their song and dance routine though. My son was a tiny bit disappointed about that. But it didn't rain on our parade! We enjoyed almost two hours of arcade time! That's right, the new Chuck E Cheese is a rad arcade that most kids ages 2-100 (we're all kids at heart, rt?) will have a blast at. Go enjoy yourself with your littles and play some games. Challenge each other to a game of skee ball or a friendly game of shooting basketball hoops. Play some games, earn some e-tickets, then cash them out for prizes! Don't forget to check out all of their food and beverage options in their beautiful, newly renovated and immaculate location. While you're at it, throw some compliments at the crew. They were very courteous, helpful, and accommodation. They are also doing a fantastic job keeping the inside spotless and welcoming. Will definitely be back! ❤️

Kids enjoyed it but it's different than it used to be. You get a card to use at the games instead of tokens. It was frustrating at times for my 6yo to swipe the card to get the game to work and about 25% of the games were out of order. One good thing about the cards is the tickets automatically go to it so no keeping up with tickets anymore. All in all it was fun for them, cost was around $26 per card.
The experience that my family had at the Chuck E Cheese on Plantation Rd in Pensacola, Fl was well below our expectations. These are the following issues that have caused us to seek a refund from corporate.1)The sign wasn’t lit up and therefore we missed it and had to circle around to find it.2)The food and play points are outrageous.3)The floors in the bathroom, as well as, where the drink machines are located were severely STICKY.4) We expected the Chuck E Cheese mouse to come out when there was a countdown to when he was supposed to come out. This caused a huge let down for our children and others that came because he was no where to be found.5)The pizza was extremely greasy! And not worth the price of which we were charged.6)The sky rail tubes that were attached to the ceiling was taken down during the renovation which was one of the reason we had decided to go to Chuck E Cheese.7) The puppet characters and stage were completely gone.8)Nothing that engaged the kids in physical activities just arcade games.9) Didn’t provide an area for babies or toddlersNeedless to say, this was a horrible experience, we won’t be returning or going back to ANY other Chuck E Cheese establishment and all we ask is a refund for our purchase.

Today was a little upsetting other than the fact that I spent time with my grandkids. The photo booth was out of paper and over half of the good machines were out of order! I spent $52 for one hour and didn't even stay the whole time because they were ready to go!!! Needs better management ???
Only giving 2 stars because the pizza was actually really good! The rest of experience was awful! They took the animated show out which was a bummer for my 5yr old but replaced it with a dance party so we waited for that for AWHILE and what a disappointment that was. The speakers didn't work so was no dance party he just came out for about 3 mins and danced on a stage thing. So many of the games were broken.. they never explained the play passes to us we had to Google how they worked then my daughter wanted to test for my son how he could pause his pass when food arrived after that she went to pause hers when pizza arrived and said was out of pauses. We explained to staff what had happened and was just told that your only allowed 1 pause. So that was a waste of $25. Games that worked were so outdated and ran down.Couldn't even get ice because there was no ice in either drink machine.. felt like ac was either broken or off because was miserable hot inside. For 2 adults and 3 kids was close to $170 for pizza and hour playpass which couldn't even use 1. If wasn't for my 5yr old we would had left and asked for a refund but he had been looking forward to going. Just sucks was a terrible experience. Really looks like the end is near for Chucky cheese unfortunately. They have not upgraded with the times, they have stayed suck in the 70's with 2022 pricing.
