It was good the food was delicious
i will never take anyone back there me an my kids an nicces an nephews went there today an the manager singled us out because we were the only large back family he came up to me while I’m minding my business an yelled at me an told me I was wasting food because I didn’t eat what I paid my money for on my plate first off the mess was nasty so of course I didn’t eat it but i never been to an all you can eat buffet who comes up to an paidin customer an tells them there wasting for that they paid money for last time I checked I was grown an if I didnt want it I didn’t have to eat it remin you it was others in there not our color an they had stacks of plates with leftover food on them at there table an they didn’t say anything to them then he tryed to yell at me

This place used to be a favorite for me, but not anymore. I took my boyfriend there and we found a flies in our noodles and quietly let management know. All management did was take two dollars off and blame the outdoor heat. We decided to go to the hibachi bar instead for something fresh, and we noticed they didn’t bother to change the batch of lo mein the flies were in. Maybe we should’ve made a scene.
I have been to this location several times and it is has a good selection for the price. They have several different sushi rolls, which isn't as many as other places I have been to, but is still a decent amount. They have hibachi in the back which is nice. Not the largest selection of other foods I have been to, but still a decent selection for a Chinese buffet. It has always been decently clean and I haven't ever had an issue with the staff. There is lots of seating, so I have never had to wait to be seated. I would say my one main complaint is sometimes the sushi is not restocked. One visit I had, there wasn't much sushi to begin with, and after I was done with my second plate of other food, still no new sushi was made and there was none available. Most of the time it is refilled pretty quickly, but at other times, not so much. We don't have many other Chinese buffet options in the area, but overall it is still a good place to go if you are craving Chinese buffet, that is also pretty reasonably priced. I will continue to come back to eat here!
Just a all around great place too go have dinner with the family. Food was as fresh as it gets, very clean restaurant, our waitress was amazing and drinks never got below half. Great selection of food from seafood, sushi and much more
Today is the second time I have went to eat here and got no service. The first time I had a male waiter. I had half finished my plate before I ever got a drink, Then he never came back to my table to refill my drink. He walked by my empty glass multiple times. Today I was seated and gave my drink order. The girl that sat me was nice enough but I never got a drink, I only saw one waitress in the section and she had walked up as I was seated. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Then got my plate and went to set back down, No drink, this was after lunch rush and they were not busy. I took a bite or two but it is hard to eat without anything to drink. At one point I thought she had noticed that I did not have a drink. I saw her step in an get a drink but not mine. Then she goes to the casher to check someone out. So I walked up to the casher counter and ask if I could get a drink. She never even turned her head. The man at the counter said I will have to see who your server is. Being as she did not even acknowledge me I walked out. I see this seems to be a on going problem with this restaurant.
This restaurant is great. I especially like their hot and sour soup. They have a large buffet with many options even at lunch. They have the same recipe as New China Buffet in Macon, GA. Another of my favorites! Can't go wrong here for American style Chinese food.
So far the best cheap buffet I’ve been to. Was surprise by the food they offer. Love the crabs and shrimp. Very delicious dessert they have. Not too sweet and yummy yummy ?… our waiter was very polite and kind. Will recommend and we’ll be back for sure.
This is the best Chinese buffet in Pensacola area. Food is always hot and fresh. Everyone is nice and the restaurant is clean.
