I run a dude to work there and sometimes he buys me dinner. The service is great and all the food is cooked perfect.. stop bye if you want a great dinning experience.

New waiter but he was friendly and courteous and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was excellent and it is children friendly.

Thought it was really good, as always. Our service was timely & our party's drinks stayed filled without having to ask.. always a plus! And our food was cooked exactly to order.. No complaints.. only recommendations!

Stopped by for dinner Saturday, I really have enjoyed myself there in the past. Walked in and the restaurant was not crowded, waited for someone to seat us. A few servers were there, saw us waiting and said nothing. Finally, after 10 minutes, some employees emerged from the back. Instead of the host apologizing for our wait she asked "who was first"? Then we were seated and the wait was on. No acknowledgement, no water, no nothing. After sitting and sitting we finally left and went to Logans and had a wonderful meal.

Terrible experience. They were out of menu items. Food was luke warm, vegetables for fajitas were mushy. From-frozen garlic toast came out 5 minutes after our meal was served. It was just before close and we were in a hurry to get home to our kids so we just paid our check and left. Called the next day and complained, they gave us a $25 gift certificate to make up for a $60 bill.

Always come to this location and never had an issue but today I wasn’t please with my meal today ordered through DoorDash. I ordered triple dipper and my chicken was wrong and there was hair in my egg rolls. That was it! Called the store o was ask my name and the color of the hair and was told to hold while the get a manager and I was on hold for 18:18 long minutes and nobody came to the phone. Ride and in professional and nasty! Hair in my food. Careless. Very unsatisfied

Nothing is good here. No mood. No enthusiasm. No customer service. No beer on tap (only bottled)....

Food was decent, service was horrible. We showed up just after lunch rush there was 4 people in our section cleaning up. We didn't get our drinks until she came with appetizer. Entree came moments later. We opted for the 2 for $25 lunch deal. Tried to pay using the tablet on our table because server seemed to be MIA. Attempted to pay several times with tablet but it kept popping up with errors. Finally server comes back and we ask for bill, she retrieved ticket (not itmized) it's like $76!! Takes another 30 mins to get this sorted out while our 1 year old is ready to go. Not an enjoyable experience at all

It really depends on the location you go to- but the food is okay- the service is great, but the cleanliness is sub par for a chain restaurant to be honest. Just a bit pricy for the quality of food at times.

Our server was attentive, but the food was not. I have always liked the chicken crisper, but both orders of them had soggy breading. In addition, several pieces of my chicken were as tough as old licorice. My son tried the chicken and waffles and they were horrible. Quality has declined considerably. I was hoping the new location would mean better food. It definitely does not.
