My friend and I recently Ate at this location and the food was awesome. Our Server Liz deserves special praise because she has only been at this location a short time and she has insurmountable skills. Liz is a spectacular server and she payed great attention to detail. She was very polite and checked on our table just enough to make sure we were doing well, while also being respectful of our space and privacy. Liz definitely deserves high praise and I hope to be seated at one of her tables the next time I eat at this location.
Tonight's dinner was great because our server Liz was spectacular! Liz was the best server I've ever had at a Chili's and potentially the best one I've had in my whole lifetime. She was funny and friendly. She had amazing attention to detail. She made my whole table feel like we were VIPs. I don't think I could say enough nice things about Liz or how well she does her job. I will definitely be coming back to sit in Liz's section. She deserves a raise, a bonus, or at the bare minimum a free molten lava cake!
I have always loved Chili's for the quality and value I receive each time I get dinner . My experience at the 9mile location was no exception. The staff was very helpful and professional, they went out of their way to get my meal done and the to go teammates made my evening so that I will not hesitate in returning to Chili's for a great meal in the future.
Took forever to get seated. Took longer for drink orders. I ordered a marg and never got it before we decided to get up and leave. Brought out 2 kids and my oldest kept complaining he was hungry. After about 35 mins of sitting the server had just asked about ordering food. We considered a to go order but after seeing the to go order reviews, we decided against it. So we decided to do drive thru elsewhere instead.Another restaurant that we won't be coming back to.
Worse experience ever. I ordered a steak medium well. It came out bleeding with blood. I sent it back to be cooked a little more, it came back burnt and dry and greasy. The waitress came by and asked how was the food, I said it's burnt, she responded "burnt". Like I was lying. So instead of showing out, after I felt really disrespected, I remained calm and left the food sitting there. Will never go back here
Matt is an amazing server and bartender. Super kind and very friendly. Definitely the main reason to keep coming. Such great customer service and on top of everything we needed. :) also of course Great Food too!
We are new to the area and rarely eat out but Chili's has always been my favorite place to eat when we do go out. We almost chose a different restaurant because there were so many negative reviews. I am SO happy we gave it a chance. Once again Chili's delivered... good food, good staff, acceptable wait time, and overall good experience.
Friendly service and the bartender Anna is awesome!!!! This has become our new weekly tradition.. Chili's on Monday!!!

Walked into a 3/4 empty restaurant just to be told they could not seat our party of 10. I asked if we broke our party up into groups if we could be seated. The answer was still no. ?♀️ hostess was rude
