We arrived at 11am but the restaurant hadn't opened yet. We returned 15-20 minutes later once we noticed the employees arrive in the parking lot. The food was fine but my trio fajita lacked flavor. It wasn't seasoned well if at all. Our party of seven was seated quickly and the kid's entrees were out of the kitchen in under five minutes. Overall we entered and got out in about 75 minutes which is really good compared to most chili's restaurants.
Sat at the bar and had a great time with friends. The bartender was amazing. Watched her work the bar and make several drinks while taking orders
This location had some struggles during the last two years related to all the covid staff related issues. The food was very inconsistent. BUT THEY ARE BACK ON POINT!!!!! We had an absolutely amazing dinner two days ago. The food was hot and every single item was PERFECT! GREAT JOB KITCHEN!! The wait staff was great as always. We are so happy we can finally start heading back to our neighborhood favorite.
Always a good time. Great service. Aaliyah was a really great server and made some strong drinks.
Once my mother and I were leaving we had the tip on the table and the waiter looked at me and asked us that mine? Which in my option was very unprofessional
Tried to place an online to go order, the site was down so tried calling three times after being disconnected twice and no contact ever. The phone just rang and rang. Decided to go there and parked in the to go order spot and went inside to place an order, the girl said she was new and was told not to answer the phones. We placed our order, told her what number parking spot we were in. Waited and waited and waited. Finally after 43 mins of waiting and them not being busy at all decided to go see what was taking so long. They said just a few more minutes. We noticed a few other cars waiting outside and we seen Togo orders sitting inside so we asked if anyone brings them outside, no one knew the answer but than someone came hurrying around the corner and grabbed some bags to take outside. Our order was finally ready and of course there were mistakes made, and the food was cold.

Food was good but missing ingredients. I spoke with the manager & she returned $5 which I thought was equivalent to the mistakes. It was my first time at this location so I don't have much confidence in the locations ability to deliver what is paid for but the management left a good impression as far as how reliable the establishment should be. Ultimately I was happy with what I got & what I paid.
This location is just absolutely exceptional. Sometimes it does take a little bit to get your order, but it's definitely worth the wait for the service. The prices are absolutely amazing and the food is great for the price. Wonderful atmosphere that I would take just about anybody to! Matthew is an amazing server!
i never review anywhere but i ordered food from here and on every (4) piece of bread was burnt and i wouldn’t have minded but it was hard as a rock and tasted like a campfire. will not order again
