Food is more expensive than the Chick-fil-A across the street. They advertise for multiple sandwiches (spicy deluxe / grilled) but they don’t serve them. Fine for a quick campus meal but ultimately you’re better off to go to the real location down the road.

Rude and unprofessional staff. I've heard terrible things from student workers who were employed there. They have a high attrition rate amongst student workers becuse of the low quality of training and unprofessionalism. I often notice the older staff often appear rude and bitter, I don't blame them because anyone who chose to make chick-fil-A a career should be. James who is employed at Chick-fil-A is very rude to employees and student workers at the nautilus Market. I constantly hear from peers that Mrs. Gergette is very unprofessional and a terrible manager, who berates employees around other workers.
These employees should not be working outside and working traffic. Get them back inside before they cause a major accident.

Kurli is a terrible staff member. My order was initially taken incorrectly and when I approached the her, she didn’t apologize and remake my order, but instead gave me cold cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes and told me to put them on myself. Let’s get one thing straight: I do not work for Chick fil a. That means as a customer, I order the sandwich, THEY make the sandwich, then I eat the sandwich. I know this isn’t up to corporate standards and I let her know that, only for her to shrug her shoulders, turn around, and walk away. Can someone please remind her what customer service is please?
