Always fast and friendly. This location is always busy, especially around lunch and dinner. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes in line.The staff is always friendly and the food always fresh. I use my rewards to get freebies all the time. If you live on the West Side or near NAS Pensacola, this is the CFA for you.Convenient and fast.
I have been to this chik fil a many times. Today was a bad bad experience!! The guy that took my order seemed confused and asked me the same question over and over. I paid and got my order. Not one time have i ever had to check my order before i drove off. SHOULD HAVE TODAY. Cobb salad minus the nuggets!! Sweet tea when i ordered unsweet. Wow. I am so bery disappointed!!!!
The store was packed with people at lunch rush, yet we still got our order in less than 5 minutes with everything included! The cashier was a teenage girl named Ariana, was very kind and gave service with a smile. They forgot my chickfila sauce, but gave us extra to accommodate. Highly recommend!Edit: On our way out, a nice lady named Judy took our tray from us and dumped it, she gave us some mints and told us to have a great day! 6 stars if I could! ??
Just tried the delivery service for the first time. We have always looked it service at our local CF. The wife and I both didn't prepare to cook so we decided to order in.1. Super fast. 20 minutes to my door. Knock knock, hot food.2. Hot food. My sandwich was good, my wife's sandwich was good. My mac-n-cheese was fire. Our rabbit gets the nuts from the parfait. She loved them.3. Our sodas were cold, fizzy and full of life.4. They didn't give us our sauces. But we had leftover stuff in the fridge. Not a star-killer for us.
I cannot fathom why, for whatever reason, this seems to be the standard this branch of CFA is proud of. Empty fry boxes, incorrect orders, and lacking on simple necessities like utensils or dressings. Plus 'threatening' to block me from buying from them again if I politely ask them to verify my order is correct. When I worked at cfa the order was right every time, every day. That's a different franchise though. I know this isn't the standard at every cfa, just this one. This isn't the only time nor am I the only person they do this to.
This chik fil a is terrible .. went there got a biscuit and the biscuit was cold and looked like they cooked it a week a ago. The food is always cold at this location. Why serve people crapped that was made days ago and warmed up. Get better workers because the people yall got in there are lazy. The staff was so friendly and professional. The order was accurate, timely, delicious, and ordering was actually a good experience, the cashier man was so happy to be there!! ? I completely understand the whole no well dones between 1-2 but not sure why when I chose to come at other times I still can’t get my food made properly, not sure what’s so complicated but if I can’t have my food made how it’s ordered iD rather go somewhere else and it’s always a issue with this location, I’m surprised they are the one that’s top rated. I think chick fil a gets so focused on times that they forget the quality of their food a lot of times. NOBODY WANTS SOGGY FRIES
Got 2 spicy deluxe meals fries were hot and delicious takeout was speedy, chicken was a little more warm than hot only reason for 4 would been 5 almost perfection
