The owner is probably relying on low wage earners to make this ship run and doesn’t train anyone at all. It’s very apparent. The turnover rate is very high compared to a few years back… Orders served up incorrectly and food not cooked properly.. not even the employees fault, it always goes back to leadership.
First and last time having the grilled chicken sandwich really thought it would have been better really no flavor tomatoe was old bun was wet from chicken really did not care for it.
Fries were good. Sandwich was okay but small for the price.
Staff was friendly and my spicy chicken sandwich with colby jack cheese and bacon was amazing.
The chicken is hard as a rock. Looks and taste like it has sat under a lamp for hours. Absolutely terrible. The fries are soggy. I’ve never been to a chick-fil-a that was like this. I won’t be going back for sure.
