Mrs Amanda is the best. She asks you how's everything is going & so on. If she knows you on a 1 st name basis, that's great.
Stopped and grabbed breakfast thru the drivethu. The are always friendly and very efficient. There was a pile of cars ahead of me and I was in line for less than 5 minutes. It was yummy. I'll always go back.
Great location. Always attentive and super clean. If you're in a hurry, don't eat here! The lobby is always full and the drive-thru is always packed !
Every time I come and gave order on app I always have to pull up to wait! What good is ordering ahead and this is on a slow day. I mean maybe it’s not meant for me to eat here!
They are always so quick here! My favorite lunch spot since I don't have time to waste. I always enjoy that they have healthier options like the kale crunch salad and it's GOOD.

Love this location so much! We always have special orders because of dietary needs. This location is the only one that always gets it done right!Does matter how long that line is somehow they get our food out quick. Drive thur is always professional and respectful.
Food was fine, but the drive through was a mess. Cars behind me about 5 or 6 behind me were getting there food before me which does not bother me at all, it is the fact that they CANNOT go around and leave that the problem. I was put into a position of either looking at my order to make sure everything was there and making everyone wait or just going. I just left, luckily everything was there, but half the time it not.
If this Chick-fil-A was graded against other Chick-fil-A. I would put this on the lower end. My food took a while compared to other Chick-fil-a's and it was not hot. They also didn't bring the complete order out.Now the drive thru is on par with the rest of the franchise. It's just the inside that's not consistent.Now since this Chick-fil-A is in Pensacola. It's still is the better place for service and food when it comes to fast food service.
