The people here were very VERY rude. Picked up an order that ended up being wrong and nasty ? However, when I asked for sauce they refused to give me any I even offered to pay for some (I asked for soy sauce and teriyaki sauce if they had it) cut me off and were very rude about it. Definitely steer clear from this place.
The food is good but the egg rolls are very greasy. I don’t know the lady name but she’s like 5’3,black hair, looks like she’s in her 40s to mid 50s she is VERY rude not really welcoming. She is always calling me “girl” when I’m a grown women she doesn’t call none of the other customers “boy” or “girl”.
Worst Chinese ever. Cashew chicken had almost no cashews or chicken. Large house fried rice had 3 shrimp, about a chicken wings worth of chicken and almost no vegetables or eggs.. spring rolls and pork rolls were tiny and flavorless. A ripoff in every dish. Door dash has bogus ratings. They were over 4.5 and all others under 4.
The egg drop soup was wonderful! The three of us each had a different dish and all were perfect. The dinning room is super clean and quaint and the service was exceptional.
It's the best takeout Chinese food in Pensacola. Now, keep in mind... this is typical Americanized Chinese food. It's NOT an authentic, "featured on food network" type of place.However, compared to other take out places in Pensacola, this place has the best flavors and quality. They don't skimp on putting meat in the dishes like other places. They also use seasonings like garlic and onion which seems to be lacking at other take out places.I will definitely be back.
Best Chinese food in Pensacola, I would recommend it to anyone And I visit anytime I’m in town :) amazing restaurant with friendly employees, always anticipating my next visit for General Tso’s chicken and an egg roll.
Just ordered large house fried rice. Will NEVER order from this place again. No flavor. Not enough soy packets to ADD flavor. No veg in rice. Barely any meat...3 very small shrimp, 4 or 5 shreds of chicken...NO other pcs of meat at all!!!So it was $11 for a box of flavorless barely yellow rice!!!

Best Chinese food in Pensacola, FL! I've been going here for almost a year now and will never go anywhere else! I have finally found good Chinese food here! Hooray!
Tried Chen’s Kitchen because our usual place was closed. A very pleasant surprise - they did not have vegetable soup on list however they made it for me and they kicked it up to spicy for me as well ? also got shrimp rolls that had the best flavor I’ve every had; very fresh! And not to forget the cream cheese angles… the best taste (chive I believe) ❤️.
