Our first time to order today and will NOT be our last. The food was Great! Our order was for small gizzard which was so much! Then 2 chicken tenders , good flavor, good size with a side of fabulous field peas. Then small order of great chicken & dumplings. All amazing and we thought Price was real good. Also yeast rolls and corn bread!! Loved this today!!!
Fantastic fried chicken. Cooked to order. Great yams and cabbage too. Very affordable
Food smelled great and staff was very nice and approachable. Ordered wings which were moist and full of flavor. Also ordered rib sandwich, ribs were tasty but a little dry. I thought the bones were gonna be out because it was a sandwich but they weren’t so kinda disappointing. But the stickers were cute.
Ordered off of Uber Eats. The packaging was practical and portioned for several meals - as a working mom, that's such a plus. I felt like a lot of care was put into our order. It definitely did NOT have a big box restaurant feel. Food was good. The gumbo was filling and flavorful, my 5 yr old loved the chicken and dumplings and the cornbread was light, fluffy and not too sweet. Hope to try the place in person so I can say thank you!

My family and I have ordered here several times and we enjoyed every bit of it. The kool aid tastes like granny's from back in the day. Definitely a hidden jewel. The lady at the counter is always friendly.
I don't think a lot of people know about this little space the food is very good hopefully she'll get the advertisement to put her on the mat but the food is very good
The lady in here today, I spoke with her and she sure was top notch. She was kind & considerate & was extremely sweet. I came about 15 minutes before my mail was supposed to be picked up because I was already in the area and she's informed me that you know I was there early and I said well I understand that I'll I'll just kind of wait she said she'd bring it to me so she did I was outside in the orange SUV if she is reading this then she'll remember me and she was just super she was real kind and I mean they look like they really got something going on I probably passed this place to be in times and never knew it was what it was I mean obviously if I'd pay attention I would have known but I didn't do that so but I can tell you this I don't know what it looks like on me inside I've never been in there but I can tell you about the person that I talk to and she was just as kind as could be and I definitely and the food by the way looked absolutely amazing it wasn't mine but it looked absolutely amazing they do a wonderful job and they've been here for a hot minute so I think this place is going to be somewhere where I go especially on something like Thanksgiving oh man can you imagine the turkey and dressing coming out of this place, I'm definitely going back it'll be for me this time lol well done ladies
The worst food I have had in pensacola! The collar greens taste like they come out a can, the mash potatoes taste powdered, I ordered a salad got no salad dressing, and no fork and the gizzards were cut in half caked in batter the prices are to high for the small portions of food you get,the owner very unprofessional I will never eat there agian!!
I have ordered from this place several times. Every time the food was delicious.
