I don't know about Nationwide, but the quality of this Carrabba's has plummeted in the past year. It was only filled about 25% on a Friday night. The pasta sauces were very watery, and had very little flavor. The scallops had a VERY freshly smell and taste. There was no bread available after asking several times until after we had finished our entrees. We had to ask three times for some Parmesan cheese on top of our pasta. I have had better food in a college cafeteria. Hopefully they will improve their quality otherwise Carrabba's will be a thing in the past. Server was very pleasant I had a wonderful smile.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of our Waitress, SOPHIA, she was fantastic. Very friendly, personable, and helpful.As for the food... I've never seen an Italian resturant use so LITTLE cheese and so many kind of peppers (banana, red and black pepper, to name a few). The warm bread and seasoned oil was good. The sausage stuffed peppers were just super bold sausage in mushroom caps. Not worth it. I couldnt try the salad cause I didn't know it had banana peppers and olives (which I dont eat) in it.I got the Chicken Marsala and sautéed brocolli. The chicken marsala was cooked with SO much black pepper my mouth was burning but it was cooked well and the brocolli was just mush with red peppers.Sophia was great, as I said before, and had my meal comped without me asking.Everyone's taste is different so I won't say the food is bad but definitely not to my liking. I won't be back ?
This is my new favorite restaurant! This was my first visit to Carrabba's. I came with my family to celebrate my graduation, and our waitress Carla was sweet and attentive. The manager stopped by to say hi, and he gifted us a free dessert since it was our first time. The food was wonderful, and I highly recommend this restaurant. I would give ten stars if I could!
Carla was an amazing waitress, and for a first time at the restaurant, we felt very welcome with her. She was very attentive to us and to our needs. Thank you also to the manager for recommending a dessert for our first time here. We appreciate all you do and will most likely be returning here in the future
We did the valentine's day meal, exceptional. Pick up, affordable, and all I did was light some candles. Thank you Carrabas for your excellent food, wine and service!
This is my wife's favorite place to eat. Today not so much, our waitress was less than desirable. She wasn't attentive to our needs, she actually told use that they don't offer more bread, and it was apparent they do not not offer refills either usless you ask. She treated us mostly with her absence and was upset when we went to the front to get our bill. We have never had bad service at this restaurant and also have never tipped less than 20%. Today after the waitress attempted to take our card without showing us the bill and then saying no one can take payment but her...well, for the first time the tip was zero. I'm sure we'll be taking a break from this restaurant for a while. No longer our usual Friday night out.
Jackie was a great waiter! Ask for him. He was friendly and fast! The food was wonderful - better than you'd expect from a chain. The bread is wonderful. We took it all home. Best meal I've had in a long time and it was nice to have the calories written on the menu. We were greeted several times upon entering. Everyone was very friendly. We got in and out quickly. I had Chicken Marsala with asparagus which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chicken noodle soup was a little salty for me. My husband had steak and mashed potatoes with the sausage and lentils soup. He ate every bite!
They sang to me happy birthday with a free brownie cake with lit candle. That brownie cake was absolutely delicious! Im OBSESSED with it! Never had it before and I regret it! Service was good! Food good as usual!
Place was great! I had been hearing good things from people about here for a while and finally tried it and it did not disappoint! Lindsey (hope I spelled that right) was our server and did a phenomenal job! She was very nice and attentive. Food came out in a timely manner but still got to sit and enjoy appetizers before our entrees came out so we didn't have 10 plates covering the table. She was one of the best servers I've had. And I couldn't have asked for better food. My girlfriend was eating foods she usually never even tries, like mushrooms and calamari, cause she hates them and enjoyed both!
