Freshest food!The California Mexican is SO good! Had the Chili Relleno and it's the best I've ever had (it's my go-to dish at any Mexican food place).Service is great and the atmosphere is super chill.We'll be back! It would be even better if they would open the west side restaurant back up ?
I have to give Cactus Flower five stars for their outstanding service! The place was full but our server was attentive and super friendly. The food was excellent; the salsa and chips were some of the best I’ve had anywhere. I also like that they have art from local artists displayed on the walls. This will definitely be a go-to whenever I’m in town.
Cactus Flower has really taken a nose dive. Over the years I have probably spent thousands of dollars at this location (12th ave). The last couple times it’s been unkept (not very clean), the food has been cold (or not up to their previous standards), and just an overall poor experience. I went tonight and I just wanted to get the check and hurry up and leave. I will say I am a picky eater, but $65 plus a tip for a less than pleasurable experience is unfortunate. Even the the customer service has gone way down. It’s really sad- it was my go to place! I don’t think we will be back, sadly.
I decided to stop by here the other day desiring some authentic Mexican tortillas. Once here, I found the place to be really nice and it had great decorations. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting and the servers were really nice and helpful! I found the food to be very delicious and that they offered a large selection. I enjoyed my time here and will definitely come again!
We love this place! Every time we come over (from Alabama) the staff is so accommodating and of course the food is always good. Saturday nights can be busy ( they probably need a little more help) so we come early. But they have great attitudes and work very hard. It would be great if the Gud Shores location would open back up.
I have been coming here for years. I love the food. It’s all home made and you can taste the quality of ingredients. The wait staff Ia always smiling and happy and knowledgeable. I DEFINITELY recommend if you have never gone. Your taste buds and stomach will thank you.
I always order the enchilada verde because it was amazing. Have not eaten there in a couple of years and It was well after lunch hour. My taco was good but under seasoned . My enchilada was served less than warm as well as my black beans. The flavor was way off ,no mex flavor or spice and , cheese not even melted. Chicken was sparse as well as all of the filling. It was like a bad left over meal. What has happened? I did not feel like I was in the same restaurant. Don't know if I will go back
This place definitely has the best Mexican food in town but it’s paired with the worst customer service. This marks 4 times in a row that they put my plastic Santa Fe sauce container in my beans. Just lazy employees
Best California Mex in town! Fresh, delicious menu and lovely service (when we dine in). Takeout is less stellar, but certainly serviceable (and delicious)
Amazing! We were more than pleased with every dish our group ordered. The staff were so friendly and had great recommendations. We could tell the ingredients were super fresh! We don't live in Pensacola but visit Barrancas often and are saving this gem to our fav list.
