Upon being seated, ordered drinks... No sweet tea.... No lemonade.... Should have been a queue to get the heck outta there. Ordered an appetizer that came relatively quickly.... However, then came we "don't have plates"....a restaurant not having plates, I put that one on management, you can go 2 minutes down the street and get paper plates.... Ordered our entrees and waited about 34 minutes for them. All 4 orders were wings so I don't understand 34 minutes.... Asked for silverware, never got any. The floor in the restaurant was littered with bits of trash. Sadly, it was their slow time of the day 2:45pm.... They could have cleaned up a little. I certainly won't be back
Food was delicious as always!! Tried their new drink the "Mountain Dew Legend" and it was to drink for!! 10/10 drink. Their Brosket Sandwich is an always go to if I'm not trying something new. The service could use some work, didn't ask about appetizers when we got our drinks and when I did get it, it came out with the food :/ all in all though still a great dinner.
Ordering ahead is pointless at this location. I ordered ahead two hours and I still had to wait 35 min for an order of wings. The manager didn't care when I told him. He just pretty much ignored me and two other people who were complaining. I get that you might not have all your staff but there were people who came in while I was there, got seated and had food before I even saw my bag. The food tasted fine it just doesn't taste as good, when you have to wait that long and miss a movie because your order is already paid for.Edit - the contact form is useless they have no idea how to do customer service.Gave them one more try today and paid for 20 wings... I have a picture of what I got. I kid you not there is nothing on the bone. There are the smallest wings I have ever seen. They were so dry and hard that I had to toss them out. Called to get a refund and was put on hold for 35 min and was then hung up on.If I can post the picture I will, you will laugh! That's 20 wings... Count them!
We had a large party but was there over an hr before food started coming out. I will admit though that my hamburger was delicious & so was my margaritas. Also my grandson & wife loved the legendary alcoholic drink that they had too. Her wings were good & so were the chicken burgers & tacos the other grandkids had.
My bf & friends attempted to eat here on Sunday. we ended up leaving. It took forever to get drinks and there was nothing but wings we could order. No wraps, sandwiches, or salads. We weren't told this till after we ordered and 10-15 mins went by. We were told the reason was bc there was no one to work the station and the staff that was there didn't want to bc it would overwhelm them. There was like 6 tables in the place!!! All I gotta say is I hope none of that staff ever tries to work at Peg Legs on the beach. They wouldn't make it in that kitchen on a slow off season day. I don't think I will be returning to BWW. Staff from servers, to management was a disappointment.
all the employees seem to be great friends! they talked to each other the entire time I was there and ignored the only people at the bar. the wings were cooked for 35 mins too long and tasted like hot rubber but who would know? not the employees!$3 tip for outstanding service
Great dinner here. Was waiting for a flight to arrive. The food was good and extremely quick. Bartender Jeff was excellent. He is an asset to this establishment! Most bdubs I've been to over the past 5 years have really gone downhill but this one still ranks excellent like the good ole days. They even recognized a young girl for her birthday and made an announcement for a patron trying the wing challenge
Took my son and his friend for lunch today. Service was excellent! We had Kayla she was very nice she attentive. Food came out quickly just as ordered. The only negative would be the evteyway rugs could stand to be cleaned more.
had to wait too long to even be acknowledged while other tables were being served. Had to get manager to change waitresses, and second waitress did a fine job. Won't be back!
First off, the wait staff is just awesome. I had the same waiter 2 visits in a row and he was just awesome. It’s a shame he had to continuously apologize for the kitchen and the amount of time the food took to get to the table. He was apologizing to all of his tables the same way. Would not recommend this location until they get the kitchen figured out
