We LOVE Brother's BBQ! The staff is always friendly and the food is AMAZING!! I always get the pulled pork, and it is so good! I also love their BBQ sauce, Alabama egg rolls, corn nuggets, mac and cheese, and baked beans! We always take our family there when they come into town! If you're looking for amazing BBQ in Pensacola, go to Brother's!!!
Great little,no frills restaurant. Tried the Alabama Egg Rolls and they were very tasty! My hubby had the all you can eat meal. He was in love with the chicken. He said it melted off the bone. I had the pulled pork sandwich which was really good and was a very generous portion. Some people have stated being upset cause there was no sauce on it but I think people get confused between Bar B Q and Bar B Q sauce. There is a little sauce on it but if you eat there,they do provide sauce on the tables so if you get carry out just be aware of that. The only two cons were 1. The Mac and cheese was the blandest, tasteless stuff ever. I'd skip that unless you want to use a ton of salt! And 2. I know we're all experiencing inflation but I think $3.30 for a glass of iced tea is just ridiculous! Other than those two things we really enjoyed our meals and we'll definitely be back ☺️
I've been to this place multiple times. I am never disappointed with a single thing. I've had their brisket and their sausage, which is perfect smoked and full.of great flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. This is the best barbecue I have had in years!!! The homemade barbecue sauce, while not necessary, perfectly brings out even more flavor. The staff is also very attentive and friendly
I was craving BBQ and had driven by Brother's several times; it smells incredible. I ordered take-out and was not disappointed. Their pulled pork was juicy and flavorful.
Where to start...the BBQ sauce is mouth watering and PHENOMINAL!!! Phenomenal might be an understatement. We ordered the family meal to go and it was everything we were hoping it would be. Smoky, tasty, mouth watering, and if I had to pick my favorite aspect of the family meal it would be the pulled pork. Five star! Will visit again when we are back in Pensacola for vacation.
We stopped here to have some nice BBQ and what we get was a very good BBQ experience. We went for the meat plate with 2 sides and 1 extra side. I have to mention their homemade BBQ Sauce, this was the best which I ever ate.I got a very delicious Brisket with a great aroma and taste. The Ribs had a nice Glace, but some of them were a little bit dry. The pulled pork was a massive load with a good smoky taste and with the BBQ Sauce it was really perfect. The last meat on the plate was chicken which has a good smoky taste and it was in total very good.For the sides I went for: the slaw, which was really good. The fried okra was perfect. I ordered some more Mac n Cheese: this one was unfortunately not the best one, because it was not really creamy and so much tasty.I can definitely recommend this place and the plates are really massive.
Pork ribs were underdone by a good three hours. A BBQ joint HAS to do ribs right or it won't survive
Super good food! Not very expensive, folks were very nice, some of the best brisket I have had an the pork was so tender just mouth watering good! Place is small but very inviting,would recommend this to anyone who likes good food!
I would say it’s average for BBQ. The brisket was too fatty for my taste and the chicken wasn’t great either. The things I did like, were the fried okra and their BBQ sauce. Big annoyance, was how small the portions are for the Mac & cheese (which wasn’t great tasting either). But what you see in the photo, is how much they gave. You can literally see the bottom of the container. It’s like 2 bites for an adult. Not sure I would come here again or recommend it to anyone else.
I've been wanting to go to Brother's for a while now. We went last night were very pleasantly surprised! It's a quaint little place with not a lot of seating, but they were packed and still got us in quickly. We shared a Choice (2 meat) platter with collard greens, Mac and cheese, and fried ocra. We got brisket and pulled pork for the meats and they were FIRE! The brisket literally fell apart and the pork was cooked perfectly. The service was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again and again! Thanks Brother's!!
