This is the greatest atmosphere for a wonderful cup of coffee!! Super friendly, fast service that hasn't lost it's southern charming hospitality. These baristas interact with their customers as if they are happy to see come inside!Comfy seating as well as sturdy large tables to spread out.
I am not a coffee person or even walk into places like this ever unless someone who is with me wants to go. I never heard of this place or even knew anything about it! Talk about a breathe of fresh air. I loved the energy and the manager barrista was awesome and very patient with us. It's a great place just to hang out, play some board games, and enjoy people watching. Loved the decor and cleanliness of the place! Barrista was very knowledgeable and she was very confident in the macha! It's best in town she stated!! Well, we finally decided to order...we got the honeybee and Macha iced with oat milk!! She was right about the macha. If you are in the area, I would definitely check this place out. If I was at UWF, this would be my study place. I was told if I come there often enough, they call you by name and know your order!! Let's make it happen lol ?
I absolutely love Bon Beans. The barista Cat is so wonderful and knowledgeable about the coffee. She informed me about the different type of roasts and coffee products. The coffee is what I came for but the friendly service is why i stayed. If i could give more stars I would.
Super fun cafe. They have couches and a bar (for coffee) as well as plenty of tables. They have chess and other boardgames. The coffee was very good as well and the service was quick.
Absolutely love Bon Beans! I've been going there since I first moved to Florida (August 2020) and I seriously can't say enough good things about the place. Excellent service, great coffee, and the perfect environment for my business work. I meet with clients there almost on a weekly basis!Last week during a meeting, someone I was with spilled their drink, but the barista came right over with some towels and even offered us another free drink. Top notch service.Highly recommend.
Love this coffee shop! Been going here as a local for the past two years now! Great coffee and atmosphere. Staff is also very friendly. Their recent remodel makes this place much more inviting too!Bon Bean gets my stamp of approval.
Can't rate their beverages as we never got one, but I can rate their service. If I could give this place NO stars I would.We walked in and waited a few minutes at the order counter. The place was not busy and one girl behind the counter. The girl was making drinks, at an alarmingly slow pace, and ignored us.She only acknowledged our existence after she gave drinks to other customers. She looked at us and said "oh, I'll get your order in a few minutes" and walked off. We waited a few more minutes then just walked out.I had heard this place was good but have no desire to go back. I'll stick with Dunkin' or Starbuck's.
Absolutely wonderful experience here. I first came here in the midst of the coronavirus shutting down Pensacola a bit, and it was the one few places open just for a tad bit. I brought my University club members here. It reopened, and my co-workers and I come to do work here on some days. Today, one of my friends spilled coffee on me, and they helped us mop it up and gave me a wet rag to wipe my legs down, and they offered to get another cup for us. Such cool people. Very chill. I'm glad it's near the university instead of us having to drive all the way down town to an extremely overcrowded alternative cafe. If they keep going in business, I think they'll usually have customers since many students and workers know about this place. I secretly wish that they could take over some other sections in that building and get even bigger! ??☕?
Love coming here to work on homework and meet with my clients! The atmosphere, music and vibe are always so cozy! I have to brag on Marley this morning, because it’s a Saturday and it’s a packed house and she is killing it!! She’s the only one working this morning and she’s taking orders, answering calls, making drinks and treating each client like they are the only ones in front of her in that moment. I always receive great service here but THIS GIRL deserves a raise!
