Good coffee.
Every time I try to get anything from there they are always out of everything. Would not recommend this place to anyone. That includes the donuts.
The worst milkshake I have ever had. The employee made my shake with ice! Milkshakes are not suppose to be made with ice. Definitely should’ve went to Culver’s .
Tried to order 3 scoops through Uber eats. They had 1 of the 3 flavors. We could have just gotten a half gallon from the grocery store if we all had to eat the same flavor. Will not use again.
I was there 50 minutes. Most people just drove off but I stayed just out of curiosity. I had 1 car ahead of me when I pulled up. I was told at the drive through to pull up to the window. The one car ahead of me chatted with the boy working the window for 15 minutes before ordering. The two employees I interacted with were hard to understand and pants were sagging. They never wore gloves. It was a bad experience in every way.
They always out of stuff the main one by the mall always has stuff stocked and waffles bowls this one not so much.
They were basically out of everything. Customer service was great, that's the ONLY reason for two stars. I mean they had no cones, out of brownies, out of plain chocolate icecream, no vanilla...
Tried to go through the drive thru. Asked for a banana royal, the gentleman that was working had to go check for bananas took several minutes to do this. Then we asked what he had for sugar free or low fat options he left he was not able to tell us if he did or not. So we. Then. Went into the store to check for ourselves and their options was almost none. We did order one banana royal with old fashioned butter pecan we had to repeat several times that we wanted hot fudge and whipped cream only. The hot fudge was not hot the ice cream tastes freezer burnt. The first time we have ever had bad ice cream at baskin robbins. Will not go there again
Did the Dunkin tonight. Topped off the coffee with raspberry heart shaped donut. Totally yummy.
I ordered doordash from here and was told they are out of bananas for a banana split and milk for milkshakes. What ice cream shop is out of milk?
