Second time in recent times (past couple months) I couldn't get service during posted hours. Last time, I was able to go end, but I was told that they were closed and I couldn't get ice cream anymore. Tonight, I came at 830, door was locked. A guy inside was mopping. He didn't even acknowledge my presence. Door and here says open until 9. Apparently not.
The ice cream was freezer burnt and when I mentioned it, the lady told me it wasn't and refused to let her coworker give me something else. I wouldn't recommend
This place is a nightmare. I have tried going here twice around 8:15-8:30 and was told both times that they “put up the ice cream for the night” even though they close at 9. Same lady both times. Couldn’t give a sound answer on anything just said she was doing what she was told and that they have a lot of stuff to put up at the end of the night, like they’re special compared to other full restaurants. Lazy workers, don’t care at all.
No bananas for splits. Winn Dixie is in the same shopping center. Not 31 flavors at this store...just 12... and nobody's favorite. Service sucks... whoever thought a Dunkin' Donut/ Baskin Robbin combo was a good idea must have been high.
This place needs to be closed. I ordered two cups of ice cream and the guy working said “just give me $5, I need some gas money”. The ice cream tasted terrible and they had a crook running the register. I love Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, but I’ll never go back to this one.
The place is dirty. The staff doesn’t want to help the customers. They said the ice cream is frozen and don’t want to serve the ice cream. The ice creams have no label.
This is the absolute worst BR anywhere. They never have any flavors that they should carry. My last visit, I ordered 2 double scoops but only got one double and one single with no receipt. To make matters worse, there was a fake eyelash piece in the ice cream. They weren't able to give me all of my change either. We have given this place way too many chances and will never go back.
Went here on 9/12 around 8pm, the lady that was working was standing outside on the phone and turn off the sign lights and the drive thru menu sign to act like they were closed. She was quite rude and impatient because she didn’t end up getting off the phone before taking my order. When I asked what flavors they had she listed only three flavors, I asked “is the chocolate chip ice cream just vanilla with chocolate chips in it?” She responds “um I don’t know it’s a chocolate chip ice cream”….very rude and very unhelpful. Not only that she ended up putting all my ice cream into a three scoop cup when neither of us said anything about a 3 scoop. When I told her that it was wrong she got even more annoyed and was still cussing out the person to whoever was on the phone with her. This is so unprofessional, I hope they get some actual adults working there for managers. Seems like they’ve had terrible reviews for the past couple months and still hasn’t been fixed.
Disqusting and filthy dining room.The child who filled my order had little idea what she was doing and her teenage "crew leader" was no better. The floor had not been cleaned in days and they had maybe 5 of the "31 flavors"Guess you're going to be closed soon, too bad,Someone who knew what they were doing would have been successful
Non of the outside bulbs work so appears closed. We had a hard time finding it. The freezers that hold the tubs had nasty 3 inch ice around all the tubs of ice cream. There were several flavors that were out and we were told the hot fudge was empty and they have No can opener to open another can. What??Walk to Winn Dixie manager!! Place was gross and full of laziness!!
