6-1-2022 @ 530pm: I had to try the Wagyu deluxe burger! I had a large order; the Wagyu deluxe large meal; a 5-piece chicken nugget meal; a Mac & cheese; and two cherry turnovers.Drive through was fast and had my order co pelted in just a few minutes. I gotta say the young lady (receipt said Prinessivey) was excellent in double checking the order before handing it out the window to me. She should training others or in management. Food: the new Wagyu burger ($10) is okay… does it knock off Wendy’s double, a whopper, or quarter pounder? I’m saying no because it’s not unique. Meat was not as tasty as I would have guess. It’s good but, would I order it next time?.. no. I’d rather have one of the other Arbys sandwiches which are great! Curly fries were good; cherry turnovers were good (once warmed up at home). My wife said her chicken nuggets appear to have been setting a while (tough). Plenty of condiments… just as I asked for. If I had to eat one place for the rest of the year; it would most likely be Arbys. 5-star service. 4.8 star food.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered two meals through online thinking that would be convenient. Nah. Wrong. I waited 30 mins in line and when I got my meals my fries were the ends of curls no curls, my shake (which they charge full price for) was mainly just a chocolate shake but I ordered the Jamocha, and my beef n cheddars sandwiches had no cheddar on them but just a dab and no red sauce at all. I will not be back

First the drive thru:The late shift does not follow the Hours of Open ..At All they will close early And leave All the lights on. They won't answer the call box at the menu station to tell you AnythingSecond the inside counter:Order and Serv 1 guest at a time and you might get your meal if the drive thru attendant doesn't get it first.I don't stop there anymore....

Drive through lady was a mid aged lady that was pretty damn cool, I was trying to serenade her with the righteous brothers and wanted to get a hug from from her, black ladies give the best hugs when you're feeling down.

Arby's is, well is Arby's. My wife raves about Arby's. Especially this one. She likes the super fast service, the food is good and the facilities are clean. I must admit, this Arby's has some great people working there.

Geez folks, try parking and going inside. I ditched the line and went in and left with my food. Walked right past the truck I was behind in the drive-thru line; he'd moved maybe 2 car lengths.Oh also, the food was great and exactly as great as it always is from a reliable franchise.

Normally, I wouldn't care about reviewing a fast food place, cause the food is always so-so and it's cheap, so who cares. But I have now tried to order a turkey ranch and bacon wrap, only to now twice be given a totally different food item. I have no idea why this is happening, and frankly, it's more weird than furiating. Why is it only this wrap and why has it happened now more than once? First time, I was told "yeah, they have it", with an attitude like "why would you ask?". So I thought, oh, it was just a miscommunication. But I ordered it delivery this time, still got the wrong item. Whyyyy?

For fast food, this place is good. Some things are a typical hit-or-miss. Overall, though, I come here regularly, and the food is good.

2 Market Fresh BLTs were nowhere near market fresh. The bread was freezer burned on the crust. My friend's was the same. The crispy chicken sandwich was very good, but $18 for two bad sandwiches? Not Good!

They always do their job very well. Most of those fast foods restaurant don't care what they give you. Always ask the places to make your food fresh & hot.
