Delicious! Well staffed, quick seating and drinks right away! Got our Appitzers ordered same time as drinks and food was on point and we'll presented! It's been a long time since I've been to Applebee's and man I'm glad I went! Well needed. You have to try the cheesy Waffle Fry Appitizer
We had a wonderful lunch. Great service. And no wait. Highly recommended. Everyone lived their lunch. No complaints.
I rarely ever leave reviews but I feel like I have to after our experience tonight! It's our 9 year anniversary and we experienced such phenomenal service from the hostess to our server, Heather. She was truly wonderful and checked on us many times throughout our meal, even offered dessert (which we were WAY too full for, lol)She was so wonderful. I can't say enough kind things. It's the first time we've been out in a long time, we have a three year old so we never get out just the two of us. I was so appreciative of her. We came to Applebee's on our first date 9 years ago and Heather made me so happy we decided to carry on the tradition after the Bayou location closed.Thank you, Heather and other staff. Sincerely. You all deserve raises with how packed the house was tonight, and how attentive you all were regardless. We will be back.
Food was ten times better than the old one on Bayou. Heather was excellent. I actually haven't been to Applebee's because of a bad experience at the old one. I previously wrote a review on here today about a experience at a different restaurant and had to correct it. We came here and was blown away by the service. Heather took care of all of our needs and offer enough food to have me wobbling like a turkey. We will be back!! The chef cooked our food to perfection
Kind of a tough check in! I won't go into details about the inexperience of the front host staffAnyways thank God Kameron saved this review from being a whole lot worse!Awesome bartender awesome server awesome customer service she pretty much saved the day or this review would be a whole lot different . food actually tasted good . I think it was just about the experience mostly at the front of house that really needed work.
We ate at Applebee's on a Sunday afternoon. First time I had been to an Applebee's in a very long time. The food was better than I expected, especially the garlic mashed potatoes. Chunks of real potato and potato skin were in these and they were delicious. I thought it was interesting that nearly every entree on the menu suggested or included mashed potatoes and broccoli. Not bad but odd. Both of these vegetables were very good. I had a 6 oz sirloin which was well cooked, and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere, of course, is quite casual but appealing. We had a great waiter, Sean, who took good care of us. Overall it wasn't enjoyable experience. The prices were reasonable
We had a great dining experience. I thought the Alfredo pasta sauce tasted a little watery but still had good flavor. The chicken wanton tacos were so good. My oldest child loved the French dip sandwich. Very nice Applebee's. We'll definitely be back

I went there for my 40th birthday dinner with my family. The service was not all that great. When we first got there she said we had to wait for the rest of my family to show up before we could be seated when I told her how many people were coming. We had to get the manager to make them seat us. Then the waitress purposely forgot to take my aunt's order for drinks and she completely skipped over her again for ordering food. My aunt was extremely upset and got the manager and talk to him and they gave her a free meal and a free drink after her order was finally taken. My kids ordered cheese sticks with marinara sauce and strawberry slices with their food. She repeated our order back to us and still forgot to bring the cheese sticks with the marinara sauce and the strawberry slices. I had to order them again to go and pay for them because she said she forgot to write it down. She did not write none of the order down she was trying to go off memory. One of my people ordered a burger they didn't fix it right she sent it back they flipped it over on the other side after taking the cheese off and brought it back to her like he was a new burger all cold and her fries were cold too. I like the one that was on 9th avenue way better I wish they would not have torn it down and changed it into Panera bread. This Applebee's on 9 Mile Road will be the last time I go there.
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo could have been much better had there been more Alfredo Sauce. To dry, Mom and I both left half. Even after I requested more sauce.
