We need a Manager here. This is terrible, 3 people working, a cashier, poor thing it seems like is her first day, lots of orders to go, about 30 min waiting for 15 wings. Only 2 cooks. Crazy.
The last 2 times I’ve been in that restaurant I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. No sense of urgency at all. I’ve never seen a manager or anything that pretends to be one. Great wings but to bad the leadership has no idea how to improve it.
6:40pm on a Friday night, no one in the restaurant, and told (rudely) flat out it would be an hour wait. Does management really think not dedicating part of your service to in store orders makes sense? Terrible customer service and lack of just being nice to your customers.
They've improved somewhat. Staff responds a bit quicker than my previous visits. Food, the wings, are good and tasty...get the seasoned fries (Mmmmm). On weekends, at least at this location, they're extremely busy, so expect a bit of a wait. Usually food is ready within the time posted (for online orders).
My love for wings brought me back to Wingstop one last time. Their wings are good, the selection is great and so are the sides. However, the customer service is horrible. Are there no adults to manage the immature teenagers working there? Their wait times are absurd, as are their ordering criteria. Closing times are irrelevant. On a weeknight, they stopped taking walk in or phone orders at 10:00pm, turning people away from the counter and over the phone when they close at 11:00pm. Yet, the staff is twiddling their thumbs or starting to clean/close "on time". Apparently, they dont need my business, or yours either. I will NEVER AGAIN order from this place. They may likely ultimately fail, because the owners or the franchise apparently doesn't care. This place is a shame. So much demand and potential, wasted! West Pembroke Pines deserves so much better. We are a generous community, but should not accept such poor customer service. Order at your own risk.
this young lady who works at the front i have been seeing a lot lately always makes sure to help me all the way. she goes above and beyond before completing my order to let me know about all their flavors and their specials. she is extremely kind and never makes me feel rushed, even tho she is usually alone and seems to be the only one at the front working alone. wings are great always have been, but the wait times could be a bit better.
The worst service ever. I ordered online and said my order should be ready in 32-37 minutes I arrived around 35 minutes and then had to wait for about 30 more minutes. Nobody helps, nobody cares, every employee talking to each other like they were in a party.When I asked for the fifth time a lady told me she was waiting for the fries that were already standing in a shelf for about ten minutes.Sincerely the worst wingstop I never visited and for sure will be the last time there.If owner cares a little bit of customer should do something about URGENTLY.
This place is just terrible when it comes to customer service. Staff can be rude at times and the food is never consistent, always something that goes wrong. Wait times are never accurate either I always end up getting my food late.
There is a super nice young girl working in the front … you can tell she is new but she’s very sweet and she’s trying her best. The store manager is extremely rude yelling at her over little things when she clearly is still being trained. He was literally yelling at her in front of us and embarrassing her & same thing for other employees . Really rude man and horrible leadership. It was very uncomfortable to witness.
We have ordered wingstop before in other locations and the customer service was great. But at this location we were on hold for 10 min. We call again the woman who answered says the same thing and as we go to state we already were on hold she still put us on hold without even allowing us to speak. That is not customer service.Very disappointed.
