I must admit that I normally don't post reviews unless it was above and beyond or completely terrible but this interaction made my night. Honestly. So I deliver for uber and I arrived at the store to pick up the order and the lobby was closed which is fine cause it was past 11 so I went through the drive thru and the young man that works the drive thru window, I see him every time I come, he works alot and I hope gets paid enough for the time he dedicates to the wendys business, but anyways while I waiting on them to make the uber order he says "would you like a drink or anything? I see you work alot." I told him no but my son wanted a frosty so he gave my son a Jr frosty and asked if my son wanted chicken nuggets or a happy meal, I told him "just a burger for my daughter would be fine and thank you so so much" he came back with a whole kids meal in the bag plus the uber order I was waiting on. Before I came here my tire busted and had to change my spare and rush to the tire place before they closed at 11 at night. I was having a pretty rough and stressful night and this interaction lifted me up a little and made things a little more positive for me. So if you see this, thank you!!! Every time I come here he's always so sweet and working hard. GIVE THAT MAN A RAIIIISE! ???
Mom and l enjoyed the food and service from this location. Food was hot, fresh as asked!!
If I could give it no stars I would. They have hired ppl with no social skills and don't get me started on the drive thru wait line. it's ridiculous.
35 minutes waiting on drive thru, only for them to tell me since their computer went down they can’t charge me unless it’s cash. I told them I was not leaving until I get my food since it’s been over half hour. They then gave me my food only after I refused to leave, charged me on my card anyway so it’s not like I got it for free. I asked for fish sandwich no pickles, came with pickles and the fish was harder than a pretzel. The drink I asked for no ice had ice. They charged my card but did not let me use my app scan so I lost my reward I was suppose to earn, 35 minutes only to get cold hard food I couldn’t even eat.You guys will be hearing more from me. This is unacceptable. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Crew that was there tonight at 8:30ish is HORRIBLE. I want my money back, and my wasted time
This Wendy's is ridiculously slow at the drive thru. The whole point of a drive thru is for speedy service. The drive thru line is currently out to the street and there are other customers that have jumped out the line because it is taking too long. I have been waiting over 20 mins and there are only 3 cars in front of me. I will never come here again.
I love the morning staff here! Everywhere you go there's always issues but remember we're in a pandemic and these folks are the best with positive attitudes when everyone just gives out hate mostly for their own inconveniencs.
Thia is the 3rd time I have visited this location and they are either closed or not ready at 6:53am . Last time they didn't even have biscuits. Glad the competition is ready fo my business as I am going to arrive to work full. They must do better. Removing this location from my favorites.
Great experience came last minute staff had pleasant attitude and didn't mind me adding last minute item at the window. If you're choosing based on service this is the one to pick. It's currently Wednesday April 6th [email protected] a.m. whoever was on staff nailed it.
Service for Drive Thru was super slow today and when I finally ordered and got to the second window to pick up the food staff there was horrible completely ignored me at the window as they were talking to each other about what ear ring goes into which ear etc. Not to mention one was on the phone filled the drinks then left to go speak with his mother as she had came to the Wendy's. Whoever is a shift supervisor or manager at this Wendy's needs to better train the employees or have a better team leadership to ensure everyone is doing something cause when I got my order it was completely wrong.
Food was fresh and tasty, but there hot honey chicken sandwich was just the right amount of spice for the crispiness of the chicken and the bun was warm and soft.
