Hands down best Wendys I have been to. Have gone to this one on different occassions and the food has been hot and prepped like the commercials

if i was able to give this review 1/2 a star i would . i waited 37 minutes to order my food. By the time I got to order i was told that they were no longer taking drive-through orders when they close at two and it was 1:17 AM.
Very unfriendly person behind cash register. She should find a different job, like dropping fries where she doesn't need to talk to customers.
It’s fast food lol not the healthiest but taste fresh and good, place clean service was great, need something for hungry kids on the run well this is what you grab
There was a short wait..followed by house salad, coconut shrimp, and salmon cooked to perfection. Everything was sooooo delicious.
Themoment I started ordering, this "Manager" was rude and gave me an attitude when I asked if they had coffee. I then ordered a burger with only lettuce, but got a cheeseburger with lettuce. When I went back to request a change, she gave me a attitude and insisted it was what asked for. She started yelling at me, I yelled back to defend myself at which point she basically called me stupid by saying it's not her fault I didn't know what I wanted to eat. She didn't help me or change my burger. She just walked away and took another customer. Another very nice and polite young lady from the line helped me and corrected my order. Then when I said the line cook should be Manager, the rude lady started clapping in sarcasm.
I go to this Wendy’s from time to time and am tired of the inconsistency of the quality of the food. When done right I think that Wendy’s offers the best tasting fast food so I’ve been a customer for a long time. I even used to work at Wendy’s some 20+ years ago. I am usually not one to complain but about 2 wks ago I got a chicken combo and the sandwich was awful. It was dry and tough and was clearly well past the hold time. In contrast, about a week before I got the same thing and it was great! Same thing with the fries. Sometimes they are fine and sometimes cold. I’ve also got chili that was too watery - had obviously been “stretched” to save $$. Two nights ago I got a 4/$4 jnr bacon meal. The fries were cold, limp and disgusting and the nuggets were old. I threw them out and ate only the jnr bacon, which was good. Like I said I’m usually not one to complain but it’s not right for me to pay my money and not get the quality I expect from Wendy’s ALL the time. I don’t pay with counterfeit money so stop giving me fake food! Please fix this issue, which I have noticed is worse at night. The employees need to be trained/held accountable for the standards. And please also tell them to stop badgering customers to pull forward then back up just so they can stop the drive-thru timer.
SLOOOOWWWW. BEEN SITTING IN DRIVE THRU FOR 15 MINUTES. NO MOVEMENT.THEY HAVE YOU WAIT AT PAYMENT WINDOW AND NOT PULL FORWARD TO PICK UP WINDOW SO MANAGEMENT DOESNT KNOW ACTUAL WAIT TIMES. THEY MUST BE VERY SHORT STAFFED.
This is truly an amazing experience. The food tastes so good. Great customer service. Breakfast here is amazing as well as the lunch. Excellent customer satisfaction guaranteed. I had some extra queries and the assistant manager helped me complete my answers with great user friendly ideas.
