Placed my order.... had 3 ppl get there milkshakes b4 me... an the my ordered way after me... an then the milkshakes were done!!!!! Ohhh as in still in line for my sandwiches... as number 155. There calling 158 an above!!! They don't work in no order!!!! Worst wawa everrrrr
At night time this store is not very well put together for delivery drivers. I walked up to the deli pickup and rudely was told that I have to go wait by the door where there was a rack for to go orders. Then find out that they don't put any of the orders on the rack somebody at the registers actually handling them very confusing for somebody who's never been there or work in the area but also just not really professional.I would recommend a little more patience having a little more structure and having the food ready when the driver arrives.Overall the store was clean and it was very busy
Horrible attitude towards customers. My order was not ready on time. And that’s ok I can understand that I’m not the only customer. But after it not being ready 10 minutes after the app said it was going to be, they hand it to me unpacked. Not a big deal, I said nothing and simply went to grab a paper bag because that’s the first one I see and this person yells at me out of nowhere “Not those bags, use the plastic ones” with a really condescending tone. Confused as of why you would tell a customer specially after it should’ve already been packed in the first place?
I went today to get a vanilla ice cream latte and the lady at the beverage station has yet to learn how to make it because it tasted like a reg latte without sugar. This is the second time the same lady messes up this latte so I went to Kayla for help and despite being very busy, she went out of her way to prepare my latte and it was delicious. Kayla is surely an asset to Wawa. Thank you Kayla!
Very happy they've opened this gas station/convenient store in the area. It is a very popular choice for gasoline and food purchases. They offer multiple food options from postings I see at the pump and the icee machine is always in service.
I don’t like to write complaints, but I was admittedly very disappointed by my visit to this Wawa location today. I ordered an Italian sub to share with my mother and requested tomatoes and lettuce with my meal. After picking up my order, I saw it was missing lettuce and the meat was different than what I asked for, and my mother went to the food prep staff to ask that they replace the sandwich. However, Ashley, the attendant my mum spoke with, talked really disrespectfully and with intense anger literally threw the sandwich in the trash with all her might. I had never seen someone act so rudely or nasty to any customers in my life and I don’t think it’s right to stay silent when I should warn others about how rude the staff can potentially be at this location. If you’re going to order from here, be careful and hope that the staff won’t take out their bad day on you and make it seem like your fault they get an order incorrect. My mother and you all definitely don’t deserve that kind of maltreatment. I’m not going to visit any Wawas for a long while. :(
Delivery wrong order sub with just tomatoes and lettuce.I order turkey sub with every, they wanted me to pay for it again and give me a gift card.I stated this is out of me bank account no.I said I she order pick up and will not charge me.So I paid for delivery fee and tip I now have to pick it up.WOW
The decaf coffee tasted like water. You only had the flat top lids. The largest coffee I was able to buy was a 20 ounce. You didn't have any cup larger
I went in for the first time for a quick dinner. The staff was very unapproachable and unpleasant when I tried to understand how ordering works. It wasn’t busy the time I went so idk why it was so difficult to explain how it works without being so unpleasant. I left without ordering. I don’t want my food being made by someone who is clearly not in the mood.
Came here so excited to try all the frozen drinks I saw on the web site but when I tried to order one on their touch screen all that would show after touching the drinks and dessert section where cookies. I asked the guy behind the counter If the computers where working because the only thing coming up on the drinks section where cookies and he replied we don't make drinks at this time, like it was an odd request but he was right cause not even the machines where working.Nothing like I had heard. Luckly there was a 7eleven across the street.
