If there was a no Star option I would’ve used it this place is complete trash. They have the audacity to charge $1.50 for water and the water they served I wouldn’t even feel comfortable giving to my dog. Food was disgusting customer service did not exist. I would rather watch my family Parish in a brutal car accident then go back to this establishment.
Garlic naan and veg samosas were pretty good but the chicken Tikka masala had a sweetness to it and I ordered a med/hot that had almost no spice. Have to remember this is pakastani and not really traditional Indian food.
The food was saturated with so much oil that it made me and my wife nauseous. Beyond disappointed!I love and have enjoyed Indian food my whole life but this was by far thee worst experience ever.
This is my 1st visit here after pandemic. I must say that the food quality improved a lot. I am really impressed by the taste and presentation of food. The restaurant looked way more cleaner and nicer than before. We were really happy.Couple of suggestions to further improve the customer satisfaction:1. the menu board is a mess now-the font is too small to read and it looks like lot of information was forced into the menu. A redesign might help.2. Provide better training to the employees in terms of communication skills.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. 0/5If I could give them 0 stars, I would.Horrible service in and out; not even their takeout/Doordash systems are competent. We've gone into the store AND ordered takeout from them before, and have always been met with troubles. We knew they were closed until 12, so we placed our order at 11:30 for a schedule-ahead delivery for 12:50-1:00. It came to be about 12:30 and they had not confirmed the order. I cancel and reorder the food so it would pop up on their radar and can be handled sooner rather than later. Not long after I place the order, it's confirmed. We wait 30 minutes before they then tell us our food would be picked up and brought to us. Another ten minutes go by and they then decide to cancel our food entirely, with no warning or intention of communicating.NOW, we ordered from Bombay Dardar and the order was (1) confirmed immediately and (2) was efficient in communicating what they could and could not do for us.In summary, screw this place, and if you want GOOD Indian food, ditch this place and take your money elsewhere.
Customer service is lacking a lil bit...my waiter was that all there, the food was ok, not bad. Love the cheese Naan and the beef nehari
I would have given zero stars if there was an option. They serve old and stale food. The chicken kebabs not freshly bbq. uncooked from within. the biryani i was shocked to see they had no chicken gravy for biryani and they used some left over chicken karahi and mixed it with rice to biryani. How I could tell was when i saw small pieces of sabut dhanya which we use in karahi sticking to the chicken pieces. The green yogurt chutni I can bet is 3 days old as the yogurt has gone sour. When I called to mention all this the guy on the phone said next time he will try his best to compensate. What next time? they expect us to order again from them ? who has the money to waste like that? I also told him some day somebody will get food poisoning from their food and it could lead to a customer taking the complain further.
The food taste wise is ok. I tried their buffet, my mistake I didn’t ask the price prior they charge a bomb(22$) for a limited buffet with hardly 7-8 varieties. I used to get for the same 22$ a lavish indian buffet from maharaja bhog in Houston.
Can't believe how they think that's a buffet. Curries taste really drab, are inordinately oily, and ineffective texture.Had to ask server for basic items like chutney, bread and water many times across twenty minutes before we could even begin. All curries cold. On the phone they promised certain items for buffet but in the restaurant said they'll charge a la carte for them. The server is sweet and very polite which is a saving grace for this place of sadness
Very bad service. Came in with friends and their family with reservations. No one greeted us at the entrance. Had wait before we asking the young man named Afjaal that if we just seat ourselves. The table was supposed to be ready since we had reservations. Wasn’t. Afjaal struggled himself to add an extra table for us. Without cleaning the table he asked us to just go ahead and sit. We had to remind him that the table needed to be cleaned and sanitized, remember we’re still in Covid era. Finally table cleaned, we sat and the young man walking around looking around not bringing a menu or water or anything. We had to wave to get his attention and he came over with a tablet/ Ipad to take the order. Asked him what was his name and asked him how are we going to order something if we didn’t even see the menu.VERY BAD SERVICE. HOW CAN YOU RUN A RESTAURANT AND DON’T staff accordingly on a Friday. Don’t think will come back to this restaurant and will definitely tell other friends to stay away from this place.I would’ve given a zero star if there was an option.
