I’ve always had good food and a good experience at this Cheesecake. The avocado eggs roll appetizer is delicious and comes with some yummy sauces to dip. I had the Jamaican black pepper shrimp and it tasted very flavorful. The portions were big and came very hot temperature wise. I really enjoyed this meal and the service was good as well.
I had the worst experience of my life, the service was very good, but the food was really below the quality of what is normally used. I ordered a fish and chips, and the fish had no flavor at all, I ordered an alfredo pasta, and the chicken was pink, I think raw. and the worst thing was on my birthday. Thank God the best cheesecake in the world ! And almost forget about the coconut mojito :( horrible
Excelent pasta. Try the Louisiana Pasta!! Also the strawberry lemonade is a 10/10.Thank you Sinai for an excellent service❤️!! Pasta came out in less than 5 minutes even though she said that I’ll take around 15-20
I was eating at the counter, it was so cold @ noon ?the guy next to me had to put on his hoodie, I didn’t like that they allow dogs inside ?
Expansive restaurant with a wide array of seating. Nice choices of food. Priced right. Tons of cheese cake. No birthday singing, candles, or freebies. Not even if you buy the cake.
Obviously best cheesecake options in variety and quality. Very convenient to have lunch or dinner. Waiting time can be bad, an hour or more if its a weekend. As you know their startup bread is also well known for it softness and great taste. Their menu is long.... On the healthier side go ahead and try their salmon, Mignon or any of their chicken options. You won't go wrong on any of them, keep an eye on the calories, haha. Piece of cheesecake at the end, can't miss it.
The food quality and service steadily declines at this location. Look at the men’s bathroom and you can just imagine the conditions behind the scenes. Calamari tasted like rubber tires, the bread was cold and hard, incredibly slow service and chicken had joints and tendons everywhere. Overall disgusting experience and our final nail in the coffin to Cheesecake Factory. Never ever again!
Aside of the long wait to be seated, the service was amazing. The waiter was very professional and attentive. The food was amazing and was served fairly quickly. Recommend this location ?%.
I have made multiple visits in 2022 to the Pembroke Gardens Cheesecake Factory location. I have only high praise for the friendly staff and the great food offerings - menu, drinks, and of course, dessert. At my latest visit, I particularly enjoyed the Korean BBQ fried chicken with kimchi, avocado, mushrooms, edamame, cilantro, and sesame seeds. I have had the Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp expecting it to be more "bang-bang spicy" but it was okay. The Cajun Jambalaya pasta was spot on and so are the cocktails. Nice, clean restaurant which I highly recommend.
Ok first of all I LOVE Cheesecake Factory I don’t know anyone who doesn’t, however this is the second time I’ve been to this location and just wasn’t my favorite experience. Its a lot smaller than your regular cheesecake but no matter what time you come it’s always a super long wait at least an hour. I also went to the bathroom both times and each time the bathrooms were a mess and the girls bathroom only had two stalls which is insane to me. And lastly we tried an appetizer that wasn’t at all like the discription in the menu (I think they were called buffalo blasts) they weren’t horrible but I would definitely not get them again. But overall I still love going to Cheesecake Factory, the waiter was nice but could’ve explained more and we still love the cheesecake! I’ll continue to go to my cheesecake locations closer to me!
