The food is tacobell so you get what you pay for. However the past 3 times I've been to this location the drive thru botched the order. Either I've gotten stuff that I haven't ordered or they've included things that I've asked to be kept off making it inedible for me. I don't know what the cause of this inconsistency is but it really needs to be rectified.
A little slow to go in and order your probably better to wait in the drive through line also they forgot my quesadilla
Real meaning of fast food waited like 5 minutes and my food was ready. Its not usually busy or the staff is just fast no slack.
I have to say I really enjoyed my experience today at this Taco Bell even though the customer in front of me was giving them a hard time everybody stayed really friendly and resolve the problem you can tell the manager had everybody working well and following instructions. The young girl that took my order was very helpful and nice to me and my son. The bathrooms were clean and a seating areas and tables were all clean also, I will definitely be going back to this Taco Bell if I'm ever in the Broward area thanks!!!
Someone please get this store some help they are terribly understaffed, people waiting at the register for long periods of time without being acknowledged. Food missing from orders. No urgency I placed an online order at 4:31pm and it wasn't ready until 5 pm it was 7 items. I know it's a shortage of staffing please who ever is in charge of hiring help these guys out.
Burrito didn't taste good. I tasted the ground meat from my tacos all day. Bad experience, won't go back anytime in the future.
I walked into the lobby and stood at the register for approximately 3 minutes as numerous employees made eye contact but nobody acknowledged me.I then asked loudly, "Is someone available to take my order" and several employees giggled but ignored me. I then got the attention of one employee who was cooking and asked if someone could help me at which time the Manager Wesley J. approached me and told me I must use the kiosk to order my food. I explained that I did not want to touch the kiosk at which time he came from behind the counter and escorted me to the kiosk. I intended to tell him my order so he could touch the disgusting screen but he refused.I asked, "If I go through the drive-thru, will someone take my order?" He said yes and I went to the drive thru where my order was taken successfully and without incident.I asked Wesley why just two weeks before my order was taken at the counter and he said the kiosks are there for taking orders! I explained to him they are a help not the only way to take an order and asked him if the store will ever have an actual cashier again. He was clearly frustrated and did not directly answer the question. This is the second Taco Bell that this has happened to me. If I am unable to read or otherwise unable to use a kiosk am I prohibited from sitting down and enjoying my lunch??Fortunately, I am blessed but a patron who does not want to touch a disgusting screen for any reason should still have their order taken by staff, especially a Manager!!I guess the customer is right everywhere but Taco Bell.
Nice place! Good food. Clean place.
Taco bell became my first place to see for the first time since I've lived in Pembroke pines and no one has ever took me before until I went out for the first time and the second time to enjoy eating the burritos and my soda then when I went in I went so amazed and I love the place forever.
Trash… the whole crew should be fired. Food sucked , no sauces even though I specifically ordered them. Instead of Pepsi they sent a diet oro si that was mostly water.pretty clear why these people are working at a fast food restaurant
