7/15/2022 The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. He talks to his employees like they are not human beings and like they are animals. The owner customer service professionalism is unethical. And, he doesn't value the service of the consumer only the spoil quality of his food. I am going to report him to the BBB and Subway Franchise. He even cut the drink machine off when I wanted to get a refill. Just, unprofessional and unethical. He don't need to be a business owner at all.
Terrible service, one of the employees yelled at me. They didn't ask me anything to put on my bread. The community looked old and scarce. They have never treated me so badly...
The man who works there is rude. They made my sandwich wrong and he basically proceeded to yell at me that he heard thats what I ordered . He literally said “you’re going to waste food” when i let him know I didn’t want the sandwich. He then proceeded to yell at me because I didn’t want him to remake my sandwich , of course Sir you had horrible customer service. I just paid for the other 2 sandwiches because they were already made but honestly should have just walked out of here all together. Never coming back with this rude service.

I usually never have problems with the manager. But this manager is absolutely the rudest person I've met. Went in to get some lunch but had to use the restroom first. The manager critized that we weren't ordering just using the toliet. "He is not stupid."We weren't going to be subjected to such treatment before we can even order so we left. We went to a different subway (because we really did want subway) and it was a completely 360. Positive attitudes! Wonderful attention to detail! And there was someone training and it was rush lunch wave. We were served fast!
Disgusting place disgusting service the entire place is a ball of filth. The manager was extremely rude no tissue in the bathroom asked for tissue he said he had none. asked for a napkin and he told me I had to pay, I was going to buy a sandwich anyway Worst experience at a subway I've ever had
If I could put 0 stars i would. I usually do not write bad reviews and I've never had any problems with Subway however this particular location the Manager on duty at 330 pm was absolutely atrocious. He was not only rude to another customer there but to his workers. He then proceeded to interrupt my conversation with my friend to ask me if I had a coupon and then when I said yes he said that it would not be applicable even though it does not say that in the fine print. He refused to take the coupon forcing me to pay the full amount which came out to approximately 30$ when I could've paid only the 17.99 with my coupon. WILL NOT be coming back to this location while this manager is on duty so to not be scammed again.*UPDATE* Ended up using coupon online to order more sandwiches however when I arrived the employees ACCUSED me of not paying for my sandwich when I came earlier in the day and said their manager had told them to REFUSE my service. Absolutely terrible. Unfortunately the manager did not even give me receipts when he first attended to me but I do have bank statements that prove that I did in fact pay. Absolutely terrible service terrible management. Extremely stressful over some sandwiches!?
TERRIBLE manager extremely rude extremely cheap and ease drops on conversations and interrupts, Came to get 3 sandwiches due to having a coupon, walked in to manager yelling at a customer and a employee, then came to assist me, had ordered the first two sandwiches and once they were making the last sandwich the manager was eavesdropping when my friend asked me what was being ordered and said coupon did not apply for sandwich and spoke over me multiple times when I told him it did not state anywhere in the coupon that the chicken teriyaki was not applicable, Didn't even bother checking the coupon to see if it worked and dismissed us and had another worker try to charge us again for the sandwiches when we already paid and didn't even give us our receipts just gave us the food to leave. NEVER coming back to this location until this manager gets removed.
The owner here lacks professionalism. Went one week with a coupon and no problem although you can tell from his face he wasn’t too happy. Went back another week and now he says he doesn’t take coupons and that I must show before ordering otherwise the sandwiches go to waste which he honored coupons to not throw them away. Who comes in flashing coupons, those you normally show at the end when you pay like I’ve done before at other subways. He’s also extremely skimpy on everything and his attitude is very condescending. Avoid this one when you can when you have so many others in the area with more professionalism.
