Worst experience ever, same problem with that Asian lady ,rude , and workers should at least speak or understand English to service the customers. Horrible never come back to this place

When I read the reviews I couldn’t believe the woman in the pictures was as bad as they described. Rewind, I went in a few weeks ago and was served by another individual who tried to throw us (my service dog and I) out. He then went on to ask questions that weren’t in compliance with the ADA. Fast forward to yesterday, this lady was the most disrespectful fast food worker I have seen in a long time. Won’t speak to you. Ignores your questions. Dismisses you’re questions on specials. I walked out. She took her gloves off and grabbed her cell phone and walked to the back. The manager needs to clean house here. Unbelievable.

I have never complained of any restaurant at all , but this time I have to. I came to your store at 19471 Sheridan st . I wanted a couple sandwiches and the lady working that day ( looked Asian ) said I would have to wait at least 15 min to be served. She said she had an online order of 6 sandwiches and she could not attend me . I will never , ever go to this location again. It wasn't the wait that got me annoyed , but the way and tone that she told me . And one employee on a Sunday at 12:45 pm (lunch time ) very poor customer service

The worst experience at a subway ever. Not only the service but the attitude the employee. Not only his attitude but wanted to overcharge me but cursed at me as I left without purchasing
Very clean restaurant. Their dining room was comfy. The prepped food look fresh. Aplus plus for me. Stopped here bc Publix is just next door.also I like I was able to get my hot sub sandwich at 8:30 am. Each month they come out with a new gourmet sandwich on the first of the month. The brisket was sooo good. next month meatball garlic. Go here
