Not in the area a lot but when I am I want subway but like most in Miami This subway has always been sketchy. Nothing stocked or wiped down. Staff hides in the back until the dirt sensors go off or something. Their energy reeked of lazy tones, slows demeanor and 0 care to stock or wipe anything. Its too slow for the place to look like that . By chance is the Dunkin’ Donuts under the same ownership. They both have poor employee work ethics as well as alllllll around laziness. Js saying as a business owner I WOULD BE CONCERNED
Used to work there before. The owner (who also owns every subway around) is a filthy rich jew.A spicy italian back in 2019 was $6.21 tax included in every location he owned. Now is over $10. The people that work there I know are saying that it’s because of the min wage going up (it hasn’t still) yet he raised prices but everybody is still paid $8-9
Terrible service as the girl and guy behind the counter flirt with each other and ignore the customers. and for the sake of health I'd have to be paid to eat here again
Says they're open till 1:30 i just went there at 12 at night to have some women lock the door in my face and turn off the lights then i call the store for her to say that her shift is over the customer comes first.
This subway is what it feels like to be in a toxic relationship. In the words of Katy Perry "We fight we break up we kiss we make up". You have one bad experience with the subway, the sauce was too much and the bread is crumbling in your hands as youre left with sandwhich soup yet you find yourself crawling back with your tail between your legs at 12:42 AM because your choices at this point are Subway or Flannigans. Every last employee does not care whatsoever about their job but honestly, I wouldnt have it any other way. It adds to the charm of the place. I want to come back to interact with them again but i also never want to see them again in fear that I may be their last straw and to simply give them a break. Ive made so many personal memories at this subway that its honestly such a staple with so many people I know at this point. Its seen me at my highs and its seen me at my lows. Would I reccommend it to people who have never been here before? Probably not. Its incredibly hit or miss on the atmosphere depending on the person. But this horrible terrible subway is more than a restaurant now. Its that weird old man at a bar that is strangely endearing. This subway is like a car crash, you desperately want to look away but you cant. You tell yourself youre never coming back yet here you are again.
Whoever is actually in charge of this place should check the cameras for December 7th at approximately 12:50am. Two males standing out side threatening clients to pay to come in the subway when it closes at 1:45 am . One of the males said he “ was the manager “ lol .
Had no meat balls really wanted that one had to settle for ham other than that great service
UPDATE! ICE HAS MOLD!Never enough staff, bathrooms are always filthy. This last time, the only beverage available in the machine was Dr. Pepper and the only bread was Italian. The UberEats orders weren’t coming in so drivers were arriving and orders weren’t ready. Only lady working had line out the door, machines ringing left and right. Also inflation is REAL! I paid $17 for a wrap combo. This place is just a genuine mess and I think it stems from simply not having sufficient or capable staff.
hey, i hope the general manager sees this. there’s an employee by the name of Gerard and he is a total angel. i was having such a bad day yesterday, my go to meal is Subway. this was my first time meeting him and he was so nice and cracked a few jokes as he made my sub.. trust me, i will be coming back because of his great hospitality. i hope there’s a raise for him in the near future.
They have to same two ladies working no uniform. Always out of something not the cleanest won't be back.
