Great location with plenty of seating and outlets if you need to connect your phone/ laptop/etc .Team members took our order pretty quickly and had it ready fast as well so no complaints.Bathrooms were pretty clean unlike other locations so thumbs up for that too
Worst Starbucks , I order 4 cup ice coffee, Each cup is made differently and the service attitude is poor
Literally waiting 10 mins at 8:27 at night to get to the window. Pull up to the open window and I see a man in sweatpants and a Beanie with a headset on. He doesn’t acknowledge my existence at all, then he walks away because the people in front of me that waited 10 mins for her drink came in side because her drink was wrong. Then he argued with her that he made it correctly. A young lady walks up to the open window. And still no acknowledgment… all I ordered was a large ice water & a protein box. Like was that so hard! I just didn’t want to have to buy one in the morning.

This is the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. The customer service was horrible. There were about 6 or 7 employees behind the counter and everyone was just standing around talking and scrolling on their cell phones as if there weren't customers waiting on orders. It took about 10-12 minutes to get get our drink orders, not because it was busy, but because they were talking and scrolling their on their cell phones instead of working. I've never experienced anything like this at a Starbucks before. Managment is severly lacking here. This was the first time I'd been to this location, and I definitely won't rerurn.
Fast service good customer service but my coffee was not good at all. It tastes like ice water, I’ll say it was a off day and will give them another try. I gave them a five star because of their customer service.
The line is always astronomical, the wait time is long, and 3 times out of 5 they get my drink wrong. Mind you, my drinks are always basic, off the menu items. Nothing customized or extravagant. These issues are problematic BUT I have to say, they had a gentleman by the name of Michael working the window yesterday when I went and he gave me THE BEST customer service I've received in a long time at this location. He was personable, kind, funny, and professional. He really made the customer experience better than it would be otherwise. so Kudos to Michael who put his best foot forward, despite the shortages they're experiencing.

Had such a wonderful experience here today. Employees and manager are amazing, really helpful. Was looking for a tumbler and the manager went out of her way to find me exactly what I needed! (I’m assuming she was the manager if not she needs a promotion)
