Wait times tended to be long in the past but have improved more recently. Coffee is great
Can't go wrong with Starbucks, a constructive feedback for management: please consider playing music at lower levels, it's very useful to get work done over a nice coffee but the music here was so loud that it was very hard to focus and forget about jumping on a call...will be returning and hopefully the loud music has been addressed by then...if not, sorry but will have to choose another venue to get things done and for coffee as well...
Had probably the worst Starbucks customer service I’ve ever experienced today. Placed a mobile order which included 2 drinks. Had my roommate pick up for me. I texted him that it should be 2 drinks. The barista told him it was only one drink, so he came home with just the one. Unable to reach the store by phone, I had to leave work and personally drive back to Starbucks to get the second drink. At the counter, they simply handed me the second drink that had been sitting there for I’m guessing about 20 mins at this point. No offer to comp, or at the very least remake, the drink that I had to make 2 trips for. I had to ask for it to be remade. Expected better (and usually get better) from this store. I hope they make amends and make sure things like this don’t happen again otherwise I will need to find a new default location.

Drive through is always SO slow… takes ages although ordered in advance
Coffee is always perfect and the staff is amazing.
My order was placed AHEAD of time yet everyone came and went before me. Finally after waiting an excruciatingly long wait I ask when it will be prepared and I was greeted with not only an attitude but i was told it's not going to be ready soon. It's really way too early in the morning to have an attitude on the job. Not to mention I saw the way the other customers were greeted as opposed to me. Nonetheless this will be my first and last time at this Starbucks.

Customer service was a 0 . Waited 10 mins for someone to ask me how can they help me at the pick up station
