If I could give this place a 1/2 star I would I stop at this Starbucks every morning and order a medium Carmel macchiato and the employee spends 10 mins of my morning correcting me that I am not ordering a medium that I am ordering a Grande "MEDIUM" which sounds like a large bucket which I don't want . I can order a medium from any other Starbucks and get that without an argument so this morning I ask them what's the deal, why the lesson and they told me not to come back to their store if I don't know how to order correctly . So no coffee if I order a medium "really"

Usually amazing, but I waited 25 min for one drink. Most of the problem was the impatient customers asking where their drink was which slowed down the baristas. If it's not there, IT'S NOT READY YET! Super nice staff...
Manager of starbucks refused to make vanilla sweet cream for My coffee. Yes the actual manager of the drive thru line. So that it wouldn't hold up.other clients. Horrible service
Finally a Starbucks that is still open a little bit late. The employees were here over there but it was okay because it was late and I understand the products were good and it was a nice quiet atmosphere
This is one of those worst locations for drive thru time. It takes forever every single time. I’ve even started checking the line and driving to another location if it looks to long because it’s actually faster to wait at that location with the same amount of cars plus the driving time. You constantly waiting 30+ minutes and I’ve been going here for 2 years. I think it’s fine to permanently go to the other location instead.
Spacious cafe for hanging out with friends or work, internet is good, restroom is clean, staff is friendly. Outdoor seating area is nice.

I went in Thursday January 27th. The manager was there and he was very rude and had a poor attitude like he didn’t want to be there. Bad customer service. As for the workers they always treat me well.
Normally this is my go to place but now that they opened a location on Red Rd closer to me this is only a secondary option. I ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade blended - simple drink and they double blended it and gave me a cup with half melted juice and the top half looking like white shaved ice. My husband tried it and it tasted like water so I read the label and it said “double blended” which I never asked for. The girl said due to COVID she couldn’t take the drink back but would remake it. She then comes back and says to give her the drink back and asked my husband if he had drank from it and he responded, yeah that’s why I told you it was wrong. She took it back, brought back a cup full of white shaved ice with a splash of pink on it. At this point we realized it’s the exact same cup and all they did was blend it again. Sad to have to pay for an expensive lemonade for it to taste like water.
