At the time of visit. Drive thru line is long but quick. Outside sitting comfortably and out of the sun.Will come back again
Super rude earlier pulling up to this Starbucks to tip the employee and she told me she couldn’t change my bill or touch the tip jar to break the 5 to give her 3 and give me back $2 her rude attitude And her hand expressions to me explaining how she couldn’t touch the jar like I’m incompetent. I work in the industry and I work on tips I was trying to help cause my coffee was free.
Every time I go to this Starbucks they always make my brown sugar shaken espresso exactly the way I like it, also the guy at the window Martin gave my mom and I great customer service we left out of there happy
Always great customer service!! I literally go to this Starbucks at least 4x a week for the past 3 yrs and they are a great team. Even when the pandemic was in full swing and they experienced shortages they tried to still provide great service!!! Cusps to the dedicated management!!
Starbucks has been robbing us all blind for ages. In the past, it has been where a topping is not in stock and the barista does not mention, yet still takes your order and money, and prepares a drink. More recently, it has been their shortage of oatmilk. As a consumer of oatmilk, and a patron of starbucks for 20 years now, it becomes really upsetting that in the shortage the company does not offer an alternative without an upcharge. You guys are ordering drinks, and paying an upcharge when they have an item out of stock. This goes back to my statement on years past. They do not discount the drink, instead you still pay for a drink sans topping. Now they gouge at a time where every penny that we willfully spend is calculated because of inflation and the ever growing price of all consumer goods (eggs/milk/rent/gas etc.). Let me be clear, I am not upset about paying for a coffee. I am upset about paying for a coffee they cannot make and the lack of communication on the upcharge, or the deliberate upcharge when I am already paying for the milk with the price of the coffee. No wonder why starbucks has seen class action lawsuits and shuttered stores. This location in particular did not communicate to me an upcharge that I had to figure out at the window. Really poor customer service from an establishment I have loyally patronized for over 20 years, and this location specifically for over 8. I will not be back here ever again, and I encourage you all to double check your coffees and receipts to make sure you are getting what you are paying for.
Evelyn is very rude. Came by this morning to pick up an Uber very politely asked for the order, instead of greeting she quickly dismissed me with fast words that I could hardly understand the only thing I heard was “thank you, next”. I asked what she said and even more rudely she said “it’s not done” and look behind me for the next customers attention. By the way there was no wait or long line. Only one person behind me.
So this review isn’t based on the service provided. The staff here is dose an amazing job navigating tough times an short staffing. My issues is with the absolute horrible drive thru set up this location has set up now. Its a one way in that has stiff plastic blockers that guide you into the line. Once past the main entrance you have no other point of exit until after you place an order, this to me is an extreme safety issue, weather it be a person suffer a medical emergency while in line or some sort of external circumstance that may come for a person to need to exit, you don’t have this opportunity until after passing the ordering location which who know that amount of time. So hopefully this review is seen by this location upper management an this issue is taken some how into consideration.
Dark, hot coffee freshly brewed. Tasty bacon and egg sandwich. Clean environment without the noise and rush. Lots of intrusive pickup order traffic. Popular location.
Quiet and nice place, they clean constantly. Only one ploblem, any of 3 starbucks wifi works.
Great customer service. Got my staple order of a tall white chocolate mocha....if you love white chocolate and coffee this is the drink for you. I also got the double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich. My daughter got me hooked on those....lol. She had one also and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino.....her favorite drink. Whenever I need a quick pick me up Starbucks always does the job
