I love and always have great experiences in starbucks, but for the first time today was not the usual and I have been in so many different starbucks for so many years. Today I had a really bad experience with the customer service. One of the attendees was in training and he was the one making my order which is ok, but it was taking too long (20 mins) because he was putting attention in other conversation that his trainer was having with other person, actually she was not training him or helping him instead she was making a drink for her and having conversation with other people. I asked her when my orther was going to be ready, and she "the trainer" responded "is his first date and I am training him" Then she started talking with other coworkers and continue with her drink, but she never stopped to help the new person. Before I left i told the new guy it was not his fault and that he was doing great, but that his trainer was supposed to be helping him, plus she was rude and disrespecfull. Please take notes, this is not a good image for Starbucks.

Manager on Valentines day 02/14/22 with the horrible attitude ignoring me and avoiding eye contact. Besides the fact the drink tasted like burnt coffee, when I ask for an extra shot he kept me waiting for it helping clients they where after me. Slurring in front of clients talking about personal issues to top it off

Customer service could be a lot better but they do make a good drink got to admit! Too many young people working at one time, the place could use a little cleaning also!
It's coffee... The line was long but they got my order quickly.
As usual, employees here are fantastic. The cashier suggested I get a toasted white mocha and it was delicious.
They need to clean their bathrooms URGENTLY! They have orine odor and the floor are wet like someone did pipi out the toilet. Very disgusting
Good luck with customer service if they're busy. I had the unfortunate experience of being served by Paul. I ordered bakery items and no drink. They were very busy so he gave me a few of my items and asked me to waiy for the rest. Meanwhile, another employee offers to help but gets yelled at by Paul. I wait on for the order and see others who were after me get their order. I go to inquire about my 2 items by the young barista who was yelled at and Paul comes and yells at me asking what do I want multiple times. I stopped and looked at him and then he caught his tone and rudeness. Half of my order was sitting their no longer warm and the offer half was taken out of the freezer and given to me after saying I was simply inquiring about my order. Never again.
Tables are still closed and they are still requesting masks. I will not be coming back until at least the tables are reopened. Enough of the nonsense.
