Very nice food and excellent attention.
Simply consistent.I bring my little Lady here for breakfast a few times a month for ice-cream & whatever we'd decide on the menu that day.The staff is always welcoming, consistent with the customer service, the food is fresh, the prices are low & the wait tends to me minimal (if any) prior to 10:30AM on busy days.

Former Cuban chain turned some semi Latin something mediocre. Menu only in English, lechón asado too dry unswallable, asked for mojo, got sml bowl with onions and lemon juice, picadillo too small, moros tasteless, fries cold complained got new serving dropped on the table without apology. NOT recommended
Went here for breakfast with my cousins before her wedding. The food was so good! The servers took a bit to get to us for the checks, but we were also rolling deep with 17 people.
I ordered a salad and it had dirt on half of the lettuce. What goes on in the cooks mind as they chop the dirty lettuce and just serves it like that? Do they honestly think that's okay? Would they eat that nastiness? Disgusting! The waitress was nice and offered a replacement. I lost my appetite at that point. Never going back to Sergios. My husband ordered a pan con bistec. The bread was so hard it crumpled as he took a bite. It was a cracker con bistec at that point. Awful. Awful. Awful.
I've had great experiences whenever I have eaten inside the restaurant. Food was good, service was good and nice ambiance. The reason I only give it three stars is because the carryout service is not good. Two times I have ordered for pickup and it took 15 mins before someone even acknowledged me. The first time, I stayed until someone finally came came to ask for name and order. The second time, I waited 15 min and left. I called them up and said to cancel the order. I hate doing that but the service has to be better. Last time I order carryout here at the Pines location.
It was my first time in Florida, I was hungry and didn't know where to eat. Decided to try my luck here, one of the best decisions of my life. Especially loved the service, one of the servers Angelica was wonderful, made me feel very welcome during my fist visit. Definitely coming back again
