Very disappointed with food quality. Many times I ate here and food was great. Today I ordered three, no one was good, small plates and expensive.
Scrubys BBQ is our favorite place for BBQ in the area! We have been here probably 10+ times and will be back, you can't go wrong if you're looking for some great home cooked BBQ and friendly faces!
I was here a few weeks back and the ribs had great flavor, but were slightly dry. Could use a tad more sauce cooked on them as well, but that’s just personal preference.Baked potatoe was “loaded” with no sour cream, but also came without butter, so was also dry.Mac N Cheese was phenomenal, as was the waitstaff.Warning for people not from the area: the water here is VERY chlorinated. It made the drinks taste horrible.
Met the owner and he was awesome my waitress Brandy was awesome too, then there's a guy that works in there who I swear looks like Abraham Lincoln please, go check him out, I believe he's the cook there
Great tasting food but…Really small side for me having to pay extra for certain sides now. Prices went up by $2 for everything. I paid $16.99 for catfish and bread?? And then $1.50 each tiny side? Lol
The food was good, the waiter wasn't bad at all. The only thing I have noticed was the sitting. When I arrived, it has caught my attention that there were black customers in one area and white customers in another. I at first did not feel comfortable when waiting to be sitted or helped. The other waiter wouldn't even look my way or acknowledge me, which in fact who had the white customers. Again, this was my experience my first time there and not sure if ill return.
The food is really good! They have like 4 bbq sauces, one better than the other. The staff is stunning, kind and friendly. Christine is the best! And all u can eat is coming town soon. The baked beans are great, and everything fresh. For us do not get 5 starts just because the amount of food is not that big as other places for the same or even less price.
If you want barbecue in Pembroke Pines or the surrounding areas this is the place to go Yum and more Yum they have everything in the barbecue that you would like they’ve been there for many many years and they know how to do BBQ right from beef ribs baby back‘s just St. Louis style they also have chicken and catfish you won’t be disappointed make sure you give this place a try they have a full liquor bar and some good beers on draft handsome daily specials and they also have delivery services but it’s better to eat inside you won’t pay the exorbitant price
It is a native wit from the waitress to put 6 persons and charge 20% extra. We were 5 people and we just order 3 plates and 1 of those for two. What type of employees are you hiring ? Just taking advantage for those that don't know. I think it needs to be better control of your employees.
The food was delicious. I took my mom for the first time and she said the food was tasty. She liked the collard greens. Our waitress Kim was awesome. She was constantly checking in on us.
