I was at the bar, when a child came into the restaurant and urinated on the floor. I ended up slipping over and fracturing my left rib. I was able to get 2 weeks off of work.
Best lemon pepper wings I’ve had!!!! Long islands are the truth too, always a good vibe, love coming here.
I went for the ribs like the Hollywood location but no go. The chicken quesadillas are delicious. The service is great. People sing a lot. A bit noisy for my taste though.
The waitress MS. E is the best... We had her dying laughing I was the for a wedding meeting. She was awesome so I'll only be going there the nights she work.. Also the food is good HOT OFF THE PRESS and the drinks are better than the night clubs you taste your money worth. Good vibe and music.. Recommend y'all to try it out you will not be disappointed.
My wife and I went there Saturday evening on 1/15/2022 arriving about 5:30 pm. The table we wanted to sit at was not clean. The waitress (short fat female) was very rude when I asked her could she get some one the clean the table. I will never return again.
I may as well go behind the bar and make my own drinks and cut my own limes! You ask for it and they say I’m coming to you, only to never come. And of course their gratuity is already included so what is the point of providing service !? Zero stars !
Food gets 5 stars but the customer service and wait time gets ZERO STARS. Don’t think you’re going to order ahead and pick up on the go. They’ll have you waiting for an extra 20 minutes even after placing your order 30 minutes prior. Great potential but they have to do better with the convenience of ALL customers, not just those dining in the restaurant. And good luck getting them on the phone… sad
The only reason it has 3 stars is cause at least the food and drinks are good. But service is horrible. Gotta call the server and wait 15 before you get anyone to address you. The tables were allDirty and I had to run my own drinks. I just wanted to drink, and that was a whole lot.

11/4/2021.....Went to place a “TO GO Order” for the FRIED Oreos for a friend and was the area I was standing in that I needed to move with no explanation. When I later looked it was the area for servers!!! The suppose to be manager came and immediately said I needed to move!!!! I told him I was placing a order to go!!! Instead of him taking my order or telling me where I needed to go he just said I needed to move before he called SECURITY!!! Whoever the MANAGER was need some real training with customer service!!!! I’ve never came on a late night and been treated so horrible!!!! Next time I want to place a order for FRIED OREOS I’ll just go to Publix and fry them myself!!! After waiting for 20 minutes I told one of the bartenders I placed a order s asks instead of him checking he automatically said “Ma I don’t know what you talking about?” I told the security guard on duty when leaving what happened and he apologized and said he’ll assist me I told him no thanks I’ve never had this kind of service since I’ve came to this business!!!!
