Associate Youse requires courtesy and common sense training she demonstrated rude, disrespectful, hostile and arrogant behavior, laughed when we requested they repeat themselves they were wearing a mask in a loud environment. Although the chicken was fresh and delicious her behavior was appauling, she purposely overcharged us, when we noticed the manager didn't want to bring attention to it, instead gave us 2 sandwiches - ethics definitely not a require for a managerial positon(s)
It's the service that sucks. It's like an epidemic. Good customer service is as rare as common sense. The food is fried food, so you already know what you're getting into. Def not the healthiest of choices. ??♀️
Drive-thru service is terrible. They don't properly greet or welcome you and rush you thru your order. Furthermore, they are making a common practice to give you mild despite asking for spicy.
I placed an online order and I waited in line for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged. I then realized there was an online order line, moved into that line (where no one else was) and even then… I was still not acknowledged! Even after numerous attempts to ask an employee about my order, I was ignored. The store only had about 4 customers inside and 1 car in the drive thru. Horrible customer service at this location.
I mean if you're going for fast food fried chicken you'll love that chicken from Popeyes, but it ain't cheap. An 8 piece family meal will set you back a good $30 after tax.
Food was great. Glitch in app wouldn't process the order. Several hrs later I realized it went through. Called. Explained. Problem Solved by Ms. Tiffany. She's awesome and her customer service is to taught and learned by all. Thank you
I love Pop SPICEY CHICKEN ? ?.Only reason I drive a distance to Popeyes. Last 2x's I bought the 12 & 8 meals I was given regular chicken Not My Requested SPICEY. Therefore, I'll be trying different location. Too bad because order taker & young folks at the window are so great. Who's ever filling orders is slipping ?
This location is super clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. Chicken is delicious what more can I say about this place. Keep up the great work. I live west of I-75 and make a special trip and it's worth it.
I love popeyes. I used to go all the time to the 163rd st. location before our office moved.This was the first time I'd gone to this one on University. Service was good, but the pros stop there. I ordered spicy dark and got 3 drumsticks the size of pigeon legs. The breading was very dry and tasteless as well. The thigh was fine. If I ever return I'll be sure to inspect the goods before leaving.
I gave them 3 stars because i waited 17 minutes before they took my order. Popeyes is doing too much. First of all the workers are packed in like sardines.So its not to say that they were not working it was just caos because too much was going on. When i went inside it was only myself and one patron in front of me. Sooo there was the drive through, Door Dash, Counter pick up orders and all of the patrons who piled in as i was waiting 17 minutes to give my order as the one lady didnt know that she was assigned the register. I like Popeyes but there are also other chicken places who are more organized. Needless to say....i will think twice before i visit again. That was absolutely too much time out of my evening.?
